Excellent location, excellent breakfast and above all excellent staff.

We decided to stay in the hotels royal suite and it was honestly amazing. I couldn’t fault the place. We had a large balcony looking over the sea. Plenty of nightlife and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were lovely and it was a very clean place.

Seamless check-in. When we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted by Amanda who handed us an envelope that already had our room keys in it and other details that we needed to know about our stay. Very efficient service.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! We really enjoyed our time, what a great service from everyone. All employees where fun and helpful. The communication was amazing, even before check in. If you want to relax full time, this is your place! 100% recommendable, I would always come back! Tip: You can book the all inclusive separate at the hotel, so in case you stay longer, you may not need it every day,

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choice. The most comfortable beds and pillows, like in a 5 star hotel. Great location close to many restaurants. Super clean My special request to get a quiet room was accommodated, it was on an upper floor away from the lift.

I didn't like that even though they say its a sound proof room, you can still hear sounds from the promenade even when all the windows are closed, especially the sand blower guy that makes a terrible noise at 6.30 am every morning! I went on holiday so i can sleep longer but no way you can't because this stupid guy is there every morning! I understand that this might not be hotel's fault, yet because of the bad sleep i couldn't relax properly, I am sure that all the hotels nearby facing the sea/promenade have the same issue. In other countries you can't make noise before 7 am!

The cooling was not working perfectly. When it was on, it was very cold, and when it was off, it was very hot. You could not adjust the temperature and it would turn itself off in the evening.

Rooms and swimming pool were lovely, beach was beautiful. hotel is simple, modern and clean. staff at breakfast were lovely, Stavina and Irene very friendly and welcoming, but all team were lovely.

Noise from hydraulics of upper level

Hotel was great, clean and had a fantastic location. Food in the beach bar is good. The staff was very polite and informative. All in all a great stay.

We disliked that our room was just under the Lounge bar and staff moved some furniture early in the morning so we couldn't sleep. However, when we informed the hotel staff about the issue, it was resolved right away.
