Large apartment. Comfortable for 2 couples. Nice outdoor space by the river. Be sure and make dinner reservations at the local restaurant - it was delicious.

The location was amazing looking across the little harbour and fjord in one direction and across the river in the other direction. So peaceful. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Enjoyed the nearby restaurant.

I'd have liked larger mugs for coffee - hardly a big issue!

Large apartment in aa spectacular setting. Bargain price for Iceland. Very rll equipped kitchen. And again, beautiful views of the river and fjord.

More light blocking coverings in the bedroom would have been helpful.

Great secluded location with superb views overlooking the fjords. Nice size bedrooms which were large and bright. Large rooms throughout the property. Side door lead out onto the patio, with river running past property.

Cooker / oven not working, has been out of action for sometime (from reading previous reviews). Would have been useful to have a few towels in the kitchen, as well as extra hand towels in the bathroom. Had difficulty securing the front door from inside for the night. Drain in shower tray slow to allow water to drain. Black out blinds would be useful especially during the summer months as it was easy for day light to seep through the blinds

Location is just fantastic and owner is very friendly. Huge house with fully equipped kitchen..... would surely recommend... there is infinity thermal pool near by which is must visit

Beautiful house just on the waterline. you can hear the fjord and see it from every window. The house iteself is very spacious. Big and well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms and a living room. We loved staying here and would have stayed longer if possible. Highly recommended.

Loved everything

The location is gorgeous right on the waterfront with a river running next to it.

The location is absolutely stunning. We arrived and immediately booked another night. It’s beautiful, at the confluence of the river and sea with the soothing sounds of water to lull you to sleep. Faces north too!

Nothing I didn’t like - some might find the decor a bit old style. The dishwasher was broken ( sign on it) but it didn’t bother us.
