Great outdoor patio space. Of note, the owner stayed in the shed/garage on the property during our stay.

It was a dream to arrive at this home after a long drive. It was very easy to enter the home and we shortly had takeout for dinner on the back patio. We enjoyed the gas fire on the back that evening with a gentle seabreeze. The home is lovely and bright and filled with art. We had a wonderful stay and we definitely want to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Anna's. The house is beautiful - lots of character and a gorgeous view. Plus, plenty of room for three friends to enjoy each other's company both inside and out. We spent most of our time on the patio overlooking Mystic or inside watching the storms roll by through the floor to ceiling windows. Although you are just a three minute walk from downtown, the positioning of the house on the double lot provides a serene environment. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would love to return in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Seabreeze! We were a group of college friends that haven't been able to get together in a few years, and this was the perfect location. We were walking distance to the best shops and restaurants, the house had everything we could need, was clean and and beautiful, and it had a great back yard where we enjoyed the firepit and amazing view. Anna was lovely to work with, very kind and responsive. We will definitely be back :)

A quick overnight getaway in Mystic. The house is located so close to Main Street in Mystic. Lovely backyard for relaxing and enjoying beautiful weather. Spacious and light space in the house. Would recommend!

My husband and adult children were in town for a small family wedding. It was so nice to have a home rather than a hotel where we could be together and share comfortable space to chat. This accommodation was perfect. Anna keeps her home quaint, very well stocked and perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable; the location is awesome with walking distance into downtown Mystic and all the shops and restaurants. Every time I turned around, I noticed something cute and attention to detail. It gave us ample space. We enjoyed coffee outside in the spacious yard in the morning feeling private. Everything I needed - I found. Anna is gracious and awesome. This home exudes comfort, character and charm! We all wished we had more time to stay and enjoy. Very grateful for this stay.

We loved how unique the house, along with the decorations were; very cozy and homey feel; the host left coffee/tea and condiments, which was very nice- very comfortable. Right around the corner from Mystic Pizza, which was cool:) and easy walk into town.

In the area for a family wedding and the house was in the perfect location! We walked into Mystic each morning for coffee at Sift and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit with our adult children and the grandparents staying nearby. Our kids said it was such a good weekend and loved the house - high praise!

Anna’s house is the perfect location for enjoying the beautiful Mystic area. Thoroughly enjoyed her lovely home, which is immaculate and furnished well to meet all your needs. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard overlooking the town.

This place was amazing, but the highlights were definitely the sunroom and the yard/patio. We hung about by the firepit with drinks and dinner - was amazing. Coffee on the patio as well was a lovely morning! Great location - short walk to town. Anna was fantastic and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations!
Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with another couple and had a blast. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and could easily walk downtown.

We stayed at this charming home for only one night...dang it. Supposed to be two but Hurricane Henri had different. Plans. Not being from a coastal town, when we go the hurricane notification we decided to head inland. However, this home is perched atop a hill that overlooks the area. It is the shortest walk to the busy main street so parking and walking is a blessing. Mystic Pizza was literally a block away and the cool drawbridge wasn't much further. We are so glad we stayed here. The host was super nice to work with and available at all times. VRBO was very workable with the night we left as well as the host. Next time, we hopefully can stay longer!!

There aren’t enough positive words in the world to describe our stay. The house is gorgeous, fully stocked, and in the perfect location! Anna was an amazing host. We will definitely be back!

The house was really special. Lots of character and artistically appointed. We enjoyed the space and the backyard is truly amazing. We loved being able to walk around the corner to town.

The property is in a great location just steps from the center of Mystic and close to all the main attractions.
It was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything you could need. We particularly liked the outside patio and garden which was perfect for both breakfast and an evening cocktail. The sunroom off the kitchen was just delightful too. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and anne had provided lots of maps, guides and tips of things to do and places to eat. It was all great.

Great weekend at Seabreeze! The house is fully stocked and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and Anna was a great host! The outdoor space is top notch and it was overall a great weekend. A few things to note: AC upstairs didn’t work that well and the bedrooms didn’t see to have shades that blocked light. Would still return for sure! House was so nice and the location was perfect. Thank you Anna for a great weekend!

Wonderful stay at Anna's in Mystic. Anna left all we needed, including a welcoming basket of paper plates, cups, napkins and delicious shortbread biscuits from Mystic's local bakery. The house was located within walking distance to downtown Mystic and close to restaurants and attractions. The house clean and comfortable. Great job Anna.
