A lovely, clean, large, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Excellent maintenance in both the apartment and the common area. Friendly and smiling service personnel. I wish we had a chance to come back.

Great condo! Very comfortable bedding. Right next to the pool and main building. Great access to Publix and the shops. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay here. Our trip was centered around Universal Studios and the location of this condo could not have been better!We did have a few issues with the dishwaser and door lock, otherwise it was perfect.

This condo at Vista Cay was perfect for our needs. Clean, close to the major attractions and necessities. Pool was great and the property very well managed. No issues at all.

This unit was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean and in good repair. The pool complex was nice but crowded at times. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of any sort of view from our unit! Our small patio was within feet of the parking lot with cars pulled in right in front of us! Not sure there was any mention of the view from the unit but there were lots of photos of the beautiful grounds and the lake! The walking trail around the lake was a plus. I would not choose this unit again solely because of the proximity to the parking lot! It was a first floor unit so perhaps being higher up would have been better.

Summertime Bliss
We had a blast! Our unit was just the right fit to accommodate our family. It was clean, spacious, and centrally located in the heart of Orlando. We plan to visit the area again in the near future, and look forward to another great adventure!

all and all this was a wonderful experience. Great condo, clean and well layed out. I would recommend to anybody and the location is great- near convention center, disney, universal, sea world and a publix around the corner

We have rented condos from Monica for the last 5 years. She has always went out of her way to make sure we are cared for. We have always had very nice accomodations in all the units. They have been very clean and well maintained. We will continue to rent from Monica.

Beautiful but SO LOUD.
Beautiful property but bring ear plugs, the night time noise is somewhat unbearable. Seriously bring some white noise machines for the bedrooms, between the traffic, the neighbors, the moving around of furniture at 2am upstairs, it was pretty bad. Once we had white noise makers it was much better.

Very nice vacation.
Spacious, very nice and clean unit with pool, club house with exercise room and super market nearby. Convenient drive to all Disney venues.

Fantastic Condo
The condo was larger than we expected and was spotless when we arrived. Love the keyless entry. Plenty of linens and towels, as well as a full size washer and dryer so we could easily do laundry and pack light. Location is great - between all of the parks and near Publix. Management was great and there was plenty of info about the unit and things to do in emails and a notebook in the unit. Would highly recommend and we will rent this condo,when we return to Orlando in the future.

Spotless, stylish & spacious!!
We LOVED this rental!! It fit our family of 5 plus my mother perfectly. Ample space, high end finishes. Comfy, white linens & plenty of towels. Spotless! Full linen room. Centrally located close to everything. Free parking a plenty close to unit, gated community. Felt very safe and less commercialized than other area we’ve stayed in the pst. Ground floor unit which worked great for bringing in luggage through the side door. Building could use a few luggage carts in foyer. Fantastic pool, baby pool & hot tub. Nice people with similar aged children, got along with ours fabulously. Only problem? We were too busy at theme parks to hang out around the pool as much as we would’ve liked. Really loved this place. Highly recommend it!
