Weekend ladies trip, group of 8. Very comfortable and clean.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house right next to Innisfil Beach Park. It's convenient to Barrie, Canada's Wonderland (~40mins) and Toronto (~1.2hrs, depending on traffic) House does have good space and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. It has a bit of a "city living" vibe being on a moderately-busy intersection, with a decent amount of traffic noise and people walking around if you're ok with that. (we were, never felt un-safe) House itself is a tad more "weathered" as the pics indicate...with several small things needing fixing...none of which hampered our stay. (several light bulbs out or flickering, a few window shades not working, fan in a bathroom falling down) Kitchen/living room/master bedroom/master bath were very nice. Overall nice house that served our purpose as a young family of 5 heading out for most of the days. Thanks!

Rooms are a great size. Overall the whole house is very spacious. It worked out perfect for our needs. And Kaleem, our host, was so accommodating!! We were very pleased! Thank you!!!

Great place and great host

This is our 10th year renting a VRBO offering for 4 days over xmas. This was one of our best locations as family travel from differing parts of the province for this special event. Having the # of bedrooms, washrooms and 2 stoves and dishwashers was just great for our family of 10. The owner was always available to resolve minor issues. We are pleased to reserve his home for a similar period next year!

All was expected , as was told to us. Vary clean , vary clear rules. All understandable . I would rent it again. Ron

We have an annual family gathering at this location. It’s perfect for our group. Lots of space for our party.

We had 10 friends for an annual weekend away. The home was clean, bed comfy, and great socializing space. The kitchen was ideal for a large group. My only suggestion is to remove hot tub from the listing because there is no hot tub, only a jacuzzi bath tub.

This was a great place for hosting a gathering with some close friends and family. The kitchen, dining and living room were spacious and comfortable. There were a lot of appliances and kitchenware to choose from and use for our cooking. The bedrooms were well-kept and stocked (towels, shampoo/soap, linen, etc.). The location was a 5-10min walk from a nice park. There was an LCBO, NoFrills, Timmies, and bakery nearby. There were only some minor inconvenience: the floor was a bit dirty, dishwasher had some pooling, and the master en-suite washroom shower also had some pooling. Overall, I would recommend this location for a gathering/event.

Would use again….lots of area golf, close to shopping, convenience…lots of space, sleeping, kitchen for our group of 12….

We rented the cottage in August for 5 days and have nothing but good things to say. The home itself is just as listed, clean and extremely spacious! Very good for a large group like us (15). The beach was very close, about a 10 minute walk and there are restaurants and stores close by. Kaleem was a great host! Kept communicating with us throughout our stay and very helpful! (Even after our stay to help us get something left behind) Overall it was a great stay and we’d recommend this property and stay again!

Nice place and very well situated for Wasaga Beach and Canada's Wonderland. Also very close, 5 min. walk, to very nice Innisfill beach.

The property was great for friends and family to stay at who were attending our son's wedding at nearby Three Feathers venue. The spacious and clean home was good for socializing and getting ready for our special event. It was our first experience renting a VRBO property and it was easy to book, great location and Kaleem was very helpful, quick to reply to any questions and very accommodating. Incredible location, great host.

Super spacious, comfortable spot for our kids hockey team to stay and rest during a tournament in Barrie. We were able to put together good meals and enjoy each others company.

Stayed here with some family and friends for the weekend. Everything was clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again in the future and I recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Great Location, very clean. Perfect for a large group!!

Friends had rented this property for a family reunion and had recommended to me, for mine. We had such a good time. The space was big and spacious, open concept so everyone was always included but also enough private space for quiet reflection and more intimate conversations. The beach was a few minutes walk and we had a photo shoot on the pier. (Weather was quite mild for Dec) The wrap-around pirch was another great location for pictures and lots of memories. Snowvalley was half an hour away and we enjoyed a day of tubing as well!! The location is in the town of Innisfil which provided lots of fun activities like skating as well. Beds were comfortable. It was a great space. Internet wasnt the strongest so we struggled with it on the upper and lower levels, but that wld be my only suggestion. Thank you Kaleem for being a super host!!

Thos property is perfect for family gatherings. We were 11 (5 couples, 1 single). Kaleem was a great host. Any questions we had ere answered quickly. The property was clean and well maintained. Lots of space to hang out together with the 2 living rooms. We were able to cook all our meals, play games, relax, and go for walks on nearby trails. We hope to make this our annual gathering spot.

Great home for large group. Lake and park a short walk. I did bring my own wine glasses as suggested by others. Kaleem the owner responded very quickly with any questions we had. Thank you Kaleem.

Stayed at this house for a yearly get-together of 60 year old university women. Great since we all got our own bedrooms and there was a big sitting area where we could gather and a big table for meals. We brought our own wine glasses and cloth napkins since I had noticed from another review there were only plastic ones. Beds and towels were all great and the house was clean. We couldn’t get the gas fireplace to work but that was fine. The only complaint was the cars racing on the street outside at night.

Nice property. A busy location but convenient to eveything you need and a short walk to the beach area. Lots of space for us to have our own beds and plenty of bathrooms. There were a few issues but the main one being the wifi. Either non existent or very slow. Some of us were trying to do a bit of virtual work but it was extremely sporadic and therefore frustrating. Because the house is equiped with many smart devices, this seems to use most of the accessible wifi output The kitchen is extremely large and well stocked but the gas oven was a bit hit and miss. It actually shut off on us once and sometimes took numerous attempts to ignite the pilot light. The bedrooms were all a great size with lots of storage but none of the doors seemed to fit properly. This also went for the bathrooms but it was a nice touch to have towels and toiletries in a little basket outside all of them for use. As there were 7 of us, we loved the huge dining room table and the massive sectional sofa. We were told the garbage pick up was Wednesdays and made certain that the area was accessible but it didn't seem that it was picked up at all when we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if the wifi was better as unfortunately, work often does not take a full week vacation.

We had a blast this summer over two weeks in this house. It came with everything we needed, and was an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. There were one or two things not working, for instance one of the stove handles seemed broken. And we could have used an extra bathroom towel or two. But nothing that impacted on our enjoyment of the vacation in any substantial way. Would certainly rent this again in future. Thanks to Kaleem!

The size of the house and driveway was perfect for a large getaway and for our family reunion. It has everything you need, including baby/toddler eating utensil and high chair. The host was also very responsive. My only critique is that the place could maybe use more frequent deep cleaning (ie. the bottom of my toddler’s feet were turning black after running around barefoot, and the high chair was still dirty was previous use). But it’s nothing that can’t fixed with baby wipes lol. Location was great, just a 10 min walk to the beach!

Six lady friends spent the weekend together to celebrate a milestone birthday. The property is well maintained and clean upon arrival. Check in and check out were effortless. Spacious and plenty of space in the family room and dining room. Bedrooms had satisfactory linens and pillows, lovely towels for all bathrooms. A couple of suggestions for the owner: 1). Please consider replacing the bar stools around the kitchen island. Three of them are unstable , unbalanced and just don’t work properly to sit in them. 2). Please head over to the dollerama for budget conscious glassware like wine glasses. When on a vacation, plastic wine glasses are not desirable when sitting at the lovely dining table. They are fine for the patio. 3). Please consider stocking at least two flat metal sheet pans and a large roasting pan. The property is well suited for large groups yet the kitchen is missing some basic items. Alternatively, you may wish to list out what kitchen items are provided so visitors know what they should bring to the property from home. We went to Canadian Tire to buy inexpensive wine glasses, and foil trays required for roasting food in the oven. Overall, this was a good weekend in Innisfil. Thank you.
