I can't say enough good things about Arinya. The assistance and communication from Damien, the property manager, prior to our stay was timely and excellent, and on request he organised local masseuses to come to the property and provide wonderful massages for us onsite. The property itself is fabulous - beautifully designed and fitted out with everything you need and more. It has large rooms, great heating, beautiful views out to the Daylesford countryside, a generous welcome pack and more. The house is 15 mins from Daylesford, and we enjoyed ensconcing ourselves away from everything, going on walks and cooking and eating lovely food. Highly recommended.

A delightful weekend away for a country getaway. The house is so clean and comfortable. It was so toasty warm too, we definitely took advantage of the open fire place. Loved watching all the wildlife and the peacefulness of the place. Batteries are well and truly recharged.

Beautiful retreat in a stunning country side setting. Close to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Wonderful host who even came to pick us up when we got lost on one of our bush walks. Highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodation with very friendly and helpful host, Damien. Three beautiful bedrooms that we saw, one we didn’t…with two of the most incredible bathrooms. We’ll definitely be back later in the year. Had a lovely relaxing time. Made use of the day spa, we all received treatments. Mine was awesome and the other ladies agreed so were there’s. We had the best time at Arinya Retreat! The house was warm, clean and had plenty of room. The hamper of goodies and bottle of wine on arrival was delicious and a nice extra touch. We will definitely be back!

What a fabulous place to get away from it all. It has every amenity you could possibly wish for - 3 ways to make coffee for a start! We were two couples travelling together and the only thing that I would have changed (and my fault for not taking up Damien's offer) would have been opening up the full house so we could have had a bathroom each. We will definitely be back!

The home is as beautiful as shown in the photos and I highly recommend this retreat if you are looking for a getaway with friends. Everything went smoothly from the initial booking and Damien is an amazing and accommodating host. The home is set out so perfectly, one end of the house has two bedrooms with a separate bathroom, and the other end of the home also has two bedrooms with another bathroom. The bathrooms are not ensuites which was exactly what we were looking for as there was a group of us staying at the property, so we didn't want to go through other people's rooms to get to one of the bathrooms. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything you need, including a beautiful hamper with some amazing treats. The views from the kitchen window is amazing and you felt a million miles away from civilization, even though we were only a ten minute drive from town. The beds were super comfy and the huge spa in one of the bathrooms was fantastic. A stay here is a must!!!

This property was gorgeous, such an amazing and secluded spot if you’re looking for somewhere to wind down for a weekend, the house itself is beautiful, beds are super comfy and such a spacious bathroom! It was so relaxing sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine at sunset watching the kangaroos, also had the cutest little visitor now and again (the most gorgeous cat 😍) Damien is awesome! super easy to get a hold of and so so friendly! I 100% recommend the Arinya Retreat :)

We loved our stay at Arinya Retreat. We didn't want to leave. Such a beautiful property. Extremely clean and had a great warm ambience. The bedrooms to were very cosy and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed using the spa and ended up having a massage which was great. Was also great to see Kangaroos around the property. Damien was so helpful and very attentive. Thank you so much. We hope to return again in future. A very enjoyable stay!

We loved our time at Arinya! Damien was helpful and always prompt when replying. The property is divine and the house super inviting and warm. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The back deck proved to be a lovely spot to sit and watch the kangaroos with a cup of tea. We also organised in house massages and the ladies who came were great. Overall a great spot to stay!

We were looking forward to our stay from all of the reviews and pictures, but the property exceeded all our expectations. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with your own piece of bushland, but a 10 minute drive and you are on the heart of Daylesford or Hebburn springs. Our little girl (almost 2) loved exploring and watching the kangaroos. The house itself was so cosy (despite being very big) and such a beautiful space. We would love to come back and visit again.

Driving through the beautiful forest area dotted with kangaroos & chirpy little birds sets a scene for more than just a holiday house. Everything at Arinya was great - lovely fireplace, areas to divide off, rooms to hide or areas to gather! We cooked with the local produce collected on our day trips - perhaps a few more pots and baking trays would of been handy. Damien was very attentive!

We loved our time here. Very private and in amongst lovely garden and nature. Cosy indoor fireplace was a very welcome sight when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for our host. Could definitely have stayed longer! Thank you.

This spacious and simply gorgeous home was pristine on arrival. Received a thoughtful food hamper with a bottle of wine. Very comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Woke up to see kangaroos grazing and the lovely sound of magpies and other birds. Beautiful views everywhere and only a short drive to Daylesford. Lovely walks nearby. The fireplace was fantastic! Damien was so helpful and kind each time I asked a question, even taking the time to show me how to get the fireplace working. Bathtub/spa is adjacent to the king bedrooms, not the kids’ bedroom- just something to be aware of though we were able to work around this easily enough. The rooms farthest from the fireplace were a bit chilly but the electric blankets in the bedrooms worked perfectly. I’m so technology challenged that I couldn’t figure out how to get the split system heater working properly, and discovered too late that there was a very effective oil heater in the massage room that we could have used. We were four adults and two kids staying for two nights, but never felt crowded. We had a fantastic in-house yoga class and wonderful massages. Kids and adults alike loved the place. Wish I could’ve booked at least one more night to enjoy this place for longer. Highly recommend!!

Such a beautiful spot. Such a great house. So serene. Architecture that makes you feel something – the rammed earth together with walls of glass, an open fire, a huge spa, underfloor heating. We stayed an extra day, and wished for more. We will definitely recommend it, and will definitely have it on our short-list of places to return to.

Beautiful house with all the essentials expected. Beds comfortable tastefully decorated. Kangaroos surround property and lovely outlook towards forest. Off the beaten track but worth it if you want a quiet getaway yet only 10 min to town. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival.

Located 10 min out of Daylesford- so peaceful. House is perfectly appointed with everything you need. We loved looking out on to the wildlife from the house. Very clean. Great spa bath and proper coffee machine. Lovely little extras included like a gourmet hamper and plenty of firewood. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful so relaxing the in house massages were a highlight the therapists were excellent if you just want peace and quiet and to relax this is the place to go! Love it and will return many times 💕😊
