Chill and quiet place, a lot of attractions on 40km radius. Authentic austrian country side,, traditional mixed with modern technologies.I enjoyed hiking the surroundings, location is very close to SPAR, coffee shops and restaurants.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. The nature around is beautiful.

It was cold through the night, and blankets were small. When i booked there was an option for breakfast included but at the property they said no and we need to pay. We arrived at 9:30 pm and no one was at the property and there were keys at the door, the staff were not even available on the phone to get any info and there was no where around open to eat something for dinner. The double bed was an uncomfortable sofa bed.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. Good bakery nearby, free parking, quiet neighborhood.

There were too much noise from the floor. The laminates were very badly fitted. Overall average comfortable.

We liked the place a lot. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very traditional, which we liked. The beds were comfortable. Mr Altenberger was very nice and we loved the family's old golden retriever dog.

WiFi unfortunately didn't work.

Everything was good, super comfortable, easy check in and out, lots of parking, great host. The location is lovely, there is a shop near by and lots to do.

Check in was easy and check out. Have coffee tea to prepare for yourself in the morning. Bed and sheets were ok

In shock that it is a hotel and there is absolutely NO heating while outside is 3 celsius. couldnt manage to turn on the heating either. Its insane, we had to leave in the middle of the night, were freezing..... We could have slept in our car. Its seats can be set to 180 degrees and could have froze there for free.

The appartment was enough spacious with huge balcony. The kitchen was tiny, but equipped with all necessary equipment, only microwave was missing. There is big garden next to the house with some equipment for kids. There is a bakery and small shop nearby and few restaurants in walking distance.

I was missing fan or window in the bathroom. The village Uttendorf is nice, but there are almost no sidewalks, so you have to walk on the street. And there is quite a lot of traffic on the street at certain times.

We had a great family stay, the room was big and comfy and the price was great for what we paid.
