We appreciated the convenience of having a hotel in the small town of Windom, MN. It was nice that breakfast was offered at the hotel. Having several pillows on the bed and several towels in the bathroom was nice!

The tub could use some grip strips to prevent slipping. The soft water and soap caused unsafe balance while showering. It would have been helpful to have another grab bar on the bath wall as well. It would be an update to have USB plug-ins on the bed-side lamps to charge phones. I happened to bring an adapter along, but other hotels are more up-to-date on this amenity.

one day bath towels were removed and not brought back, so only had one towel for us, already in shower when aware that towels were removed.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and tidy.

We requested adjoining rooms and they told us it wasn't available even though we had made the reservation a month in advance. Our TV did not work 2 of the 3 days we stayed here. None of the staff were able to fix it and the manager was never on site. The staff spent at least 2 hours in our room attempting to correct the situation but were unable to. We also received a wake up call at 4 a.m. our last morning there that we had not requested and couldn't go back to sleep. I asked for a discount on my stay because of this and was told I would have to call back and speak to a manager. I felt the staff on site did what they could to assist us but were not educated on how to program the electronics.

Employees were pleasant. Breakfast was nice.

Bed was uncomfortable. Linens smelled sour, like there was a problem with the water in the laundry and were very scratchy. Also outside end doors were not accessible with our room key. We were told the doors needed to be reprogrammed.

The room was a full handicap room....the beds were on the FLOOR‼️ I DID report it when we checked out. Only stayed 2 days so we managed fine; we are not elderly, but found it really strange for that type room‼️

The hotel was clean, loved the pool area & staff! Breakfast was yummy, too!

The price was high because of the 3rd Party Company making the reservations! Will come & stay if you get rid of the 3rd Party, Bookings.com!

The staff were friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is clean and centrally located.

The rooms wirh the king beds are closest to highway 60 so were noisy due to road traffic. Otherwise the room is very comfortable.
