the beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean and spacious. they had a nice little Rec area set up that our toddler loved!! we will definitely be back for a longer stay!
the smell of cleaner was very strong when we first came into the cabin. I am mildly scent sensitive so it was uncomfortable until the smell dissipated. I was glad to know the cottage was cleaned, but the smell was pretty overwhelming.

We were traveling to Labrador and there were no hotels available in deer lake so we found this location in cormack, it didn't take us too far off the beaten track so we opted to stay there. It was late when we arrived and we had no problems picking up the keys for our stay.
When we went to make coffee in the morning the water in the kettle was very brown, we don't know if it was from something inside the kettle went rusty or if it was from something else but we opted not to drink anything.

There was some confusion about our room but the staff/owners moved us to a more suitable room and brought us a comfy cot (travelling with my wife and son, but they were expecting only two of us). Spacious room with kitchenette, and large deck with gas BBQ.
A little bit out of town (Deer Lake) but not too bad. Worse though, was the drunken mayhem taking place in neighboring cabins. I get it. It's Newfoundland. We're out in the country. People need to cut loose and have fun and I'm not against it, but our fellow guests were ugly drunk right through until 4 in the morning. If anyone told them to pipe down it had no effect, and so we paid for a night here without getting much rest.

the property was lovely, just not many amenities in Cormack. Deer Lake isn’t far though so wasn’t an issue.

This place is absolutely lovely! The cabins are nice and clean and there is a lot to do outside with a sandbox, swing, etc. for little ones and they even Have several games and fire pits that the whole family can enjoy! Cabins are air conditioned and equipped with patio set and bbq on each patio.

The staff member was super friendly and was always available at the site. It was a two-bed room unit so friends could hang out together. The location was good, between airport and Gros Morne national park.
