Staff was not available there was no pool no hot tub no sauna very poor continental breakfast All of these things were advertised as available but are not There is no one at the desk most of the time The room was cold there was not adequate toiletries available When the room was replenished in the morning they didn't even restock coffee they put no more soap nor shampoo et cetera

The room was redone recently. I liked the couch and the heat-pump, the room was larger than expected.

There was a lot of build up on the shower head that felt gross. The TV had a few issues with sound, and the bed was really, really hard

Just one soap in the washroom, wifi not working properly, air-conditioner not working properly, don’t know why they have microwave and coffee machine in the room, if the wires of both are not long enough to reach that extension board and I don’t what was wrong with that reception lady, she was kinda rude to us, for security deposit we both don’t have credit card with us, instead of figuring out the solution, she was keep saying different hotels different owners different rules. One more thing, there is only one socket in the whole whole for everything (Tv,Microwave, Coffee machine, to charge your phone)

the windows didn’t shut completely, in fact the glass came out of the frame! rusting baseboards, very worn motel room. will not stay again

The stay were friendly, the breakfast was good, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, and clean. We loved swimming in the pool. Easy access from the highway.

no where to walk to from the hotel, need a car to access or go out for a meal.
