The location was excellent, and so was the price. Excellent.

There were ants in the room, although it was generally clean. The toilets were a little old too.

It’s just next to the Duong Dong night market and near to the sea harbour. The staff was nice and polite.

The aircon was very noisy once increased the fan speed.

1.Toilet smelled of sewer, asked to change room from 1st floor to 2nd floor, still smelled of sewer. And the smell covered the whole room during 3 days staying here. 2. Staff attitude is extremely bad. Asked to solve the sewer smell but always said "Will handle later". Talking to guests is disrespectful and too irresponsible. 3. Booked 2 rooms, both rooms had problems. The 1st room, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, in the 2nd room, the sewer pipe was clogged.

Good location, very close to the Night Market.

There were mosquitos in the room. Window and bed frame is dusty. Furniture is damaged/broken. The fridge was not working at all.

Next to the harbour and nightmarket. Rent motorbike at the hotel.

I honestly have no idea where all the good reviews come from. We have booked this hotel for one night because of the good reviews as our travel plans had changed at short notice and were very disappointed. The staff was there, but that was it for service. Already the way to the elevators was uncomfortable - it smelled extremely musty and around the stairwell there were moisture damage everywhere. The room smelled extremely like sewage, there was water next to the toilet leaking from the toilet somehow, bed sheets were dirty, some of the wallpaper was coming off the walls, walls were stained and overall it was really dirty. In general, maintenance and repairs are apparently not implemented here at all. When we left, the elevator didn't work, which is why we had to carry our suitcases down all 5 floors ourselves - we weren't offered any help. I do not recommend this place.

We got what was shown. Very clean & fairly new property, right near the night market. Great location and great views of the sea. Vinpearl shuttle buses were right outside the hotel. We could easily go for massage and shopping just outside. The receptionist spoke little English but was very courteous and helpful with directions using google translate. Choose this place if you are primarily going to be out of your room.
