The location

The room was small and crowded. The bed was to small for two people. The window AC was loud and not cooling properly. The room was either super hot or super cold. In a result I got sick. The bathroom was not clean.

Great location. Excellent car drivers. Convenient service.

I felt duped. I wanted to stay at the Palm Beach Historic Inn on S. County Rd. The place I actually stayed in has traditionally been called the Palm Beach Hotel —not using the word Historic. I was surprised when I discovered the error. The room was pretty bad. There were small bugs near the coffee machine and in the shower. The room was quite small and the wall facing the bed was a mirror so when sitting in bed you have to look at yourself. bed was not very comfortable. would have been better to stay at a cheap hotel near the airport. After checkout, I asked to leave my luggage there for the day. they said I could leave it by the piano. Next to the piano there was a large sign saying it was at my own risk. Who does that??? In my experience, hotels always give you a secure place to leave your bags.

The rooms we stayed in and our friend stayed in were extraordinarily small. There was no place to put our suitcases, no drawers, and in one room no place to hang clothes

Location

Deceiving information. They say parking is free. It is not free. Vehicles have to be moved every hour. There is 2 hour parking on the next block. FREE parking is from 5pm to 9am the following morning. Had to carry my bags up stairs. I understood the room would be small, however it says in the description that it accommodates 2 adults. There is NO way two adults could function in this room. The bed is not a queen, but a double bed. Sheets looked dirty and worn and were ripped. Knobs were missing off of the cabinet. Blinds were plastic, filthy and broken. Room was dark. Cable TV did not work consistently. Had to keep turning the TV off and restarting it. Also there were 3 remotes with no instructions on how to use them.
