What a wonderful place Steamboat is. I'm a Colorado native, and had never been there till now. The condo was in a great location with great amenities. Everything was clean and orderly. They even had a back up propane tank on the deck which came in handy. The nice thing about this listing is that it is everything they talk about in the listing along with the pictures being realistic and accurate. Who ever designed/remodeled this condo knew what they were doing with the space. The design flows very well and takes advantage of the space they had, very well done. The pool and hot tub were great as well, our girls loved them. We would stay here again in the future.

Nice condo in good location. It does appear to have been recently remodeled. My only complaint, and this is my own fault for not reading the "fine print", but the lack of air conditioning when outdoor temps were in the high 80's made for a miserable first night. Although there were fans everywhere to keep air moving, it was difficult to sleep.

Clean, convenient, quiet, and a nice small pool. Kids loved it!

What a great stay! Such an amazing view- we saw the hot air balloons while sipping coffee 2 days in a row! The space was wonderful for our 2 families and the pool was super fun too!

We really enjoyed the stay! The pool and hot tub were great with entertaining the kids. Wonderful location. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Wish check out was at least to 11:00am.

Wonderful long weekend in this great condo! The kitchen accessories are lacking and could use some additions. Otherwise everything else was well equipped.

Don’t let the outside fool you. This property has been fully renovated and is very comfortable. Close to mountain and with a great pool and hot tub. We will be back.

My friends and I rented this condo for a long weekend in Steamboat to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was well apportioned and within walking distance of both the ski area and the bus to downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a hearty breakfast before heading out to the slopes for the day. We also enjoyed the gas fire place in the evening. Highly recommend.

Everything about the unit was perfect The location allowed us to walk to the slope say a five minute walk.

The condo is terrific, as is the location & the management. The entire expenses excellent.

Parking was easy. Nice Weber grill for steaks. You walk a couple blocks downhill in the morning and can cut into a path where you can then ski down to the gondola. When coming into the unit you want to cut over well before the base and then you end up with about a two block walk in. Unit was clean and cozy.

This property was exactly like advertised. Very clean and very well equipped for our family. Really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you! We would stay here again!

What a great property - secluded enough to be quiet but close enough to be extremely convenient (and by convenient I mean within walking distance to base...or ski to gondola via ski trail lane). Condo amenities were perfect. Can't think of 1 thing we needed that wasn't taken care of. Great views off the back deck. Can't wait to use this place next year!

Great property, everything as described on the site. Nice balcony, updated throughout. No complaints. The only thing to be aware of is there is no shuttle to take you to the ski area. Not a terrible walk, just not easy with kids and gear. Would suggest a clear map to public bus and/or shortest path to skiing from the condos in the binder? Thanks!

Great property and location. There weren't many storage opportunities for skis / boots so that would be an improvement. Also we could not find a broom on site for cleaning up. The 2 chairs in the TV room were not in great shape as the backs were very loose and coming off. We did enjoy our stay and the property otherwise.

This place was great and clean. It was a great location, 5 min walk to the slopes. The staff was very easy to work with prior to our arrival. Check in was very easy.

We enjoyed this property. It was clean and a great location. It seems as though some of the comments from prior guests have resulted in positive changes at the property (for example, there are now many pots/pans and a new blender and there are pads on the beds to make them softer). The only heads up that I would give is that the bunk room is on the main floor right by the front door and the two other bedrooms are upstairs. My kids are a bit older so it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but may be a concern for families with younger kids. Overall great stay and I would recommend this property!

This updated condo was perfect for our girls trip. Large dining table for meals together, large patio to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The entire place is beautifully remodeled with lots of cute decorating touches. Lots of walking paths nearby and just a short 10 minute drive to downtown.

This condo was great for our 2 families. The kids loved having the bunk room to share and were in the pool twice a day. The walk to and from the ski trail couldn't have been easier. Really appreciate the ski closet just inside the front door to put everyone’s gear that was out of the way.

Perfect! Close to slope. Only complaint, bed was a little hard.

This ski condo had what we were looking for. Plenty of space, easy walk to Steamboat ski hill (no need for car rental or ski bus), clean and updated fixtures. Previous comments noted hard beds, this seems to have been fixed with quality foam tops - the mattresses below are firm but the foam tops alleviated any discomfort for us (and I really dislike firm beds). The photos showed a Keurig, but a generic coffee machine was there instead (we had brought pods based on the photo - so minor inconvenience there). The only two things I'd change about the place are: swap out the metal dining room chairs - which are cold to sit on in the winter (we had to place blankets over them or warm them up by the fire before sitting in them), and put up some wall art (some framed Steamboat ski posters would be fine, but something to warm the place up visually a little). All in all though, a fine place in a good location for Steamboat ski area.

The property was in a great location to walk to the gondola. (If you are staying this winter, check out the gondola free check in system to skip the lines.) As for the house, the 2 bedrooms for adults are upstairs and bunkbeds are downstairs. None of the rooms have the bathroom attached to them. Great house with lots of space.

It's an easy walk to the resort, great property.

We enjoyed this condo so much! The fire place and comfortable furniture made it perfect. Its also beautifully updated.

although disappointing the ski resort opening was pushed back and no indoor dining etc. , the beautiful and relaxing condo saved the weekend. We were able to easily cook a thanksgiving meal- more than enough supplies in the kitchen! The decor is so fun and modern. We loved how close the hot tub was (and under the snow so pretty). The condo itself was 95% spotless except downstairs bath looked like some spots were missed which we found odd since everything else was so, so clean!! location is awesome too if the mountain was open- easy walk to center of the resort, and to restaurants sourounding the property. The property manager was quick and attentive to any questions we had and for communication getting us checked in earlier.....great stay!!

Covid obviously ruined so much; this short get away was much needed. The apartment is beautiful and modern, I love to cook and the apartment has a beautiful kitchen with great prep space and a ton of pots and pans. Loved the timer on the fire place we had that baby lit all weekend while it snowed. The only thing I could really think of to recommend is an iron or steamer . Also The hot tub while it was snowing is a dream when you’re surrounded by the ones you love.We appreciate the space.

Beautiful and clean place to stay we enjoyed a lot

Loved our stay! The location was clean and very comfortable. We really appreciated how stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. They were doing work on the fireplace so we couldn’t use it, but we didn’t miss it too much. Megan the general manager was super quick to respond and accommodating to requests. Overall a great experience. We would 100% stay again.

We loved the condo! It is beautiful and very well appointed. The location was very convenient to the mountain and close to the bus for heading downtown. We would definitely stay there again!
