Attractive condo in lovely gated community. We enjoyed the patio with it’s nice furniture & electric grill, the beautiful grounds, the numerous community pools, and the close proximity to stores and restaurants. That said…the gate attendant had not been informed of our arrival. After contacting the owner, our check in was delayed so the unit could be cleaned. Upon entering, we found the condo in need of further cleaning.

Personally I would only rent from super hosts going forward. The communication was pretty poor. There was small issues with the property but not really worth going over. But what I have realized from Renting so many properties is that going forward I’m only gonna rent from super hosts. You can tell the difference from a property where someone puts time into it instead of just renting it out and hoping for the best.

This rental was a really nice place to stay. The check in process was easy with only one blip, I had not yet given the property manager the names of everyone staying and therefore there was not a parking pass for us at the gate. So we had to wait a couple of minutes but it was resolved very quickly. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths could work for 3 couples or for a family just as easily. There was TV in each bedroom as well as the living room so anyone could have their own down time if they wanted. The gate is open 24 hours which is nice for security reasons. We were able to have food delivered as well as groceries. The condo has anything you need for cooking and snacking cooking and I was especially happy to find a blender. There are restaurants and grocery stores etc within a short distance. My only complaint was that there was damage to furniture apparent upon our arrival. The bar stools were broken (unusable) and a lamp had a broken shade. The property manager offered to have new barstools delivered the next day but we declined, not wanting the interruption and not knowing our exact schedule. But we did take the time to let the manager know about the broken items immediately. I was surprised the unit was left with those things not being fixed prior to occupancy. We were there for an event in Indio so this location was perfect. We took a hired car to and from the event so as not to worry about driving ourselves home after a party. All in all it was a great place to stay and I would stay again.

The Villa was super clean, beautiful, and in a great location. We had a wonderful time! Definitely want to stay here again.

Nice unit, comfortable beds.

We really enjoyed our time at this quiet villa. My family of 4 (two little boys) enjoyed the ample and nicely appointed space. The booking and check-in/out were really easy and communicating with the host was very smooth. The property and pool areas are lovely - my boys had a blast. Great location with beautiful scenery.

Perfect house for your needs.

Came with my wife and kids (3, 7, 10) and it was the ideal place to stay. We've rented over 15 properties thru vrbo and airbnb and this was right at the top of the list. Kitchen and bathrooms had all essential items anyone could need over the course of a week. Property is fantastic with beautiful grounds and plentiful pools & hot tubs. Also we are super picky about cleanliness and this place felt perfectly clean when we arrived. Great communication with owners as well. We would love to stay again sometime!

We stayed over Thanksgiving at this Legacy Villas property. It was ideal for our family of 4. Each of our two teenage daughters had their own room and own bathroom, and the main suite is separated from the other bedrooms. Super clean and very spacious home, and the resort is just beautiful. Pools were open, also spotless clean. On the weekends we could book 2 hour time slots for the pool to ensure social distancing, which worked perfectly fine. We had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves. We can highly recommend this property - spacious, beautiful scenery, great resort with 12 pools, each with a jacuzzi. Another bonus of this house: we were allowed to use the garage with internal access to the house.
