One of the nicer places we’ve found in Ouray, this townhome was comfortable, updated, and the kitchen well-stocked. We found the heated garage to be an excellent place to leave boots and dry climbing gear. Everything was in great shape, and our contact was responsive and flexible. No issues were encountered, and we had a wonderful stay!

Our stay was just what we needed to wrap up a two week trip. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the front room was beautiful. The check in process was very easy and it was very clean.
There are no pictures on the site of the third king bedroom, which is on the lower level. It was nice to have two king beds but the bathroom is very small.

Exactly what we expected. Great location in downtown Ouray. Clean and well maintained. The open space in the backyard was nice too along the Ute river.

This is a very nice home away from home with a great view of the river and mountain. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the river. The home is comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It is conveniently located to downtown Ouray, hiking trails, day trips to Telluride or Silverton and off roading trails. The Box Canon Falls is a must see while in Ouray.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Massive bug infestation that will be reported to the Dept. of Health! No response to texts from the Property Manager. Do yourself a favor and stay in a 4 star hotel for the $700.00 a night.
First, let me start off by saying that the home does look like the pictures and that it is located in a perfect spot in Ouray. However, that is the only positives with this rental. My family and I are avid travelers and stay in Airbnb's and Vrbo's often and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately our experience with Evolve was horrible. Although the listing for the property notes that it does not have air conditioning, it does not state that the temperature inside the condo will get to over 93 degrees and the main ceiling fan does not work and the remote control is missing. We immediately sent a text to our Property Manager, Jargal, and were completely ignored. Next, once the sun went down, we began to notice hundreds, if not thousands, of gnats flying around the kitchen. Too bad this review does not let you upload pictures or videos. We have photos of the gnats covering the walls, inside the refrigerators, covering the walls and floors of the showers, and all inside the toilets. This was the worst bug infestation that I have ever seen and I grew up next to a lake! Of course, texts to the Property Manager, Jargal, were ignored again. My family and I checked out of the property early as we were too disgusted to stay another minute in this infested Condo. Please be warned and stay somewhere else.

Great Condo, Awesome Location / Views
This condo was very clean, and the pictures accurately depict the residence. The views from the both sides of the condo are AMAZING. We loved just relaxing in the living room and gazing out at the amazing backdrop of the town and the mountains. Our kids called the place a “magic mountain house”, so they also agreed. Would definitely stay again.

Mountain getaway
We loved our stay in this home! It was so nice to have bedrooms on 3 separate levels. The home was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The homeowner was incredibly quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with lots of room!
We enjoyed our stay here and both couples could spread out and enjoy all the comfortable, attractive space. The first floor bedroom was a little dark, but the picture of John Wayne made up for that! Being able to walk to the restaurants and stores on Main Street was a great benefit and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony looked very welcoming, but the weather was too cold and rainy for us to enjoy it. A great place in Ouray to stay!

Gorgeous house, full amenities, close to everything in town
We stayed in Ouray Mountain View Chalet for five nights and had a wonderful time. The house is clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the views are spectacular. Hosts were very friendly and easily accessible. We only used the car once to get to a horseback trail ride, but otherwise everything was easy walking distance from the house. They provided extra beach towels for the visits to the hot springs, which was a nice touch. The house is full of extra niceties and full amenities, so we felt very pampered. There was a minor issue with the hot water a couple days in, but the hosts were super responsive and it was fixed that morning. We loved our stay here and recommend it to anyone coming to Ouray! One heads up: we have T-Mobile and had absolutely no reception unless we were connected to the house's wi-fi. To check in we had to borrow a phone from the hardware store down the street to call the hosts for the door code. Just a note in case you have the same carrier.

Ouray Chalet
The house is a perfect location next to the main street. It is very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The older neighbors next door are delightful. The owner was very responsive and polite. The house has no AC or filtered fan which is an issue in hot weather with smoke outside. Unfortunately, some oils or incense permeated the house and caused strong allergic reactions to persons not normally bothered by smells. Even after the sticks were removed, the house still smelled strong. The owner stated that the renter should specify sensitivities to odor. I would definitely ask for them to be removed. Honestly such a strong smell shouldn't be in a rental.

Perfect Ouray Rental
This is the perfect rental property for Ouray. It's within walking distance of everything in town, yet it was very quiet for sleeping. The design of the condo is also ideal for families. There are bedrooms on three different levels, which is nice when different family members have various sleep preferences. Also, the condo is beautifully decorated with modern appliances and furniture. This will be my #1 choice when visiting Ouray in the future!

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at this wonderful townhome in downtown Ouray. It was perfect. We arrived as the sun was setting and could not get over the unbelievable mountain views from both the front and back of the house. The house and rooms were large, comfortable, and very well appointed. It was also spotless. The home was perfectly situated for exploring this amazing area known as the Switzerland of the USA. You can walk to downtown shops and restaurants in a few minutes while the Orvis Hot Spa and the Ouray Ice Park are less than ten minutes away by car. Most importantly, the hosts (Sandra and Lance) were so hospital and available to answer questions via phone or email. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks again Sandra and Lance.

A few days exploring the Ouray area
My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at this wonderful townhome in downtown Ouray. It was perfect. We arrived as the sun was setting and could not get over the unbelievable mountain views from both the front and back of the house. The house and rooms were large, comfortable, and very well appointed. It was also spotless. The home was perfectly situated for exploring this amazing area known as the Switzerland of the USA. You can walk to downtown shops and restaurants in a few minutes while the Orvis Hot Spa and the Ouray Ice Park are less than ten minutes away by car.
Most importantly, the hosts (Sandra and Lance) were so hospital and available to answer questions via phone or email.

Ouray Mountain View Chalet
We found the Chalet to be well furnished. Everything we needed including extra towels for the pool. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. We have been going to Ouray in the winter for 15 years, and have stayed in several different vacation rental properties. The Chalet is the most comfortable one we have stayed in. We will definitely book it again next year.

Amazing condo ... perfect location
Beautiful condo right in the heart of Ouray. Our family (of 5) spent four nights here in July 2020 and wish we could've stayed longer. The condo itself is immaculate and well-appointed. It's also in a quiet location yet and easy walk to the main drag and town park.

Best EVER
This home has EVERYTHING. Short walk to town, convenient parking for our trailers, and very clean. We were able to sit on the back deck or front/back grass for an afternoon cocktail. We have rented many properties through VRBO and this was our favorite stay yet. We love Ouray and hope to return soon.

Beautiful Home with Great Views
This 3 story home is beautiful inside, and has all the amenities needed. There is a bedroom and full bath on each floor, and plenty of seating on the leather couches in the living room, which has floor to ceiling windows with views of the mountains. There is a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The kitchen is good-sized, with all the dishes, utensils, and appliances one needs.
There is a large deck in the back with comfy furniture, with a close-up view of one of the mountains that surrounds Ouray. Just below the deck is a large lawn area, then the river, and beyond that the RV park. The rushing river sounds drown out any noise from the RV park, and trees block much of the view of it.
This home has an excellent location, within walking distance to everything in town, but off Main St, providing a quiet, relaxing stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful visit!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. A lot of thought has been put into the amenities provided here. It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the river and to see the mountains.

Beautiful Property! Be aware of guest housekeeping expectations
This property is beautiful with amazing views and surroundings! It was very clean and well maintained. Just something to note as paying guests—There was a list on the refrigerator of tasks that are required to be completed upon checkout OR there would be an additional charge. The list included: Removing the sheets from the beds, emptying all trash and placing it in the garage bin, loading and running the dishwasher and wiping down all kitchen counters. We were and always are very considerate of any properties we stay at but as we PAID A CLEANING FEE, we felt these additional requests were inappropriate. These required tasks were not included in the property listing but rather the booking agreement upon booking. We had guests in our party that offer these courtesies to many personal visitors at their mountain home and I wanted them to have a respite from these responsibilities. As paying guests, paying a cleaning fee this felt like an unreasonable request. The property is beautiful, just don’t be caught unaware as we were of these additional requirements. Thank you!
