Overall the place is very nice, neighborhood is quiet and safe. There was a slight pet smell but overall the home was clean and comfortable. We would recommend to anyone.

The property is in good location for just about anything you need. We booked a 28 day stay so we where looking for a fully equipped home reedy to move in. We found the house clean and check in and all went great . The first day there we realized that the kitchen was far from ready for cooking and baking or entertaining. Got ahold of owner who was more than eager to help rectify this. He came over by my request and we sat down and discussed what I thought should be supplied. Note this is a much better approach than getting made and leaving negative feedback. Owner agreed with my request and over the next several days updated the kitchen to a functional home. My point is not that it wasn't right to begin with but my point is owner was receptive and accommodating to my request. This is not a negative but a positive.

The two story home is very beautiful and the neighborhood it’s in is quiet and safe. The very spacious and open concept kitchen and living room gave us room to move around. The bedrooms upstairs were clean and well stocked with extra blankets if needed. The bathrooms were stocked with clean and fluffy towels. Mr. Teddy was very considerate with sending texts for check in and check out. He made himself available with anything should you need him. Our party had a last minute change of plans which he accepted and accommodated quickly. There was confusion with the door. Be sure to pull the door towards you while punching in the code to open the door. I made the mistake of pulling and pushing the door after the code was put in which resulted in a frantic 2am call. Mr. Teddy kindly came and showed me how to work the door. This home is on one of my top places that I’ve rented. It is well taken care of.

Teddy’s home is lovely. The photos do not do it justice. Gorgeous, well appointed kitchen, large, comfortable bedrooms (master is dreamy), great modern bathrooms (master bathtub is basically a small pool), comfortable contemporary furniture throughout. The condo is an end unit which offers so much privacy. The homes are VERY well insulated. We heard nothing from next door. Not a peep. The fenced yard was perfect for our little dog and the pool was beautiful and very quiet. We often had it to ourselves. The home is super close to restaurants and grocery stores and not too far from downtown. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Teddy was totally accessible, very responsive, but not at all intrusive. Great, great week. Thank you!!
