Near the beach and cafes

The hotel is very worn out and dirty. During booking, there was information that breakfast we could buy additional, but there was no breakfast available. We ordered a baby crib and noted that the baby is 2 y.o., but we were provided with a crib for 6 months old. Only for the second day, they tried to fix this, but we decided to leave because we found that the pillow on the sofa was intentionally turned upside down. That was strange, and when we turned it back, we found that there was vomiting on the other side of the pillow. It was disgusting. When I asked to change that pillow, they only removed clothes from the pillow and fixed them with a towel. Very unpleasant staying.

Couldn't shut door ...Room 201. Had to lock it every time. The subdued lighting in bathroom ...I like it brighter.

I would like to mentioned that room was nice and a soft mattress. The room was super clean. It is close to the beach and different restaurants and coffee shops. Stuff was helpful. It's also eco-friendly hotel, they don't use plastic trash bags, only newspapers.

I didn't like the noise from the construction at 7 am just right behind the door. I have no idea why the price on the rooms were still high due to the constructions, also the door is very thin. I asked stuff to make a deal with the construction workers or change the room or give me money back. They changed the room the same day without any concern, but even in the other room i could still hear the noise. So if you travel with kids or you want to have enough sleep i would checked other places.

I comfy bed,particularly liked the use of paper over plastic in the rooms.Location was handy to everything but quiet.Liked having a balcony to sit out on too

Location and new clean bathroom are the best things about this hotel. The bathroom was new and had a great shower. Staff very friendly. It's a no frills place and for what we paid it was perfect for two nights.

Very uncomfortable bed/ pillows. Aircon was terrible we had it on 16 the whole time but it didn't cool the room down and felt very hot overnight. It was also a very loud fan but if turned down then it would get even hotter. Tiny ants in the bedroom and bathroom. Says it comes with mini bar but no snacks or drink supplied. Bedrooms need a freshen up to match the bathrooms, paint peeling off and patchy on walls and ceiling.

Very quiet area considering it is quite near the main road in An Bang. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. 24/7 security on site. Strong internet. Clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful exterior pool area.

The air conditioning in the room could’ve been better. I set it to 16 degrees Celsius each night and still found it a bit too warm. The hotel also ran out of water on 2 occasions during my stay which was a bit frustrating when trying to get showered.
