There was nothing to like, and you displayed the wrong pictures and information on your booking website fooling customers and cheating.

The services were pathetic and careless staff, no hygiene maintained, every room full of mosquitoes and cocroaches, and water leaking walls. Full of hairs on floor and sticky floor.

It’s not clean at all. Bathrooms full of cockroaches. Beds are filled with Bed Bugs. We infact got bitten by them and got infection. Please take action immediately. We don’t want others to suffer like this.

Only check in was good. Rest all is bad. No breakfast as promised in bill. Full of bedbugs and hence cannot sleep. Very low lightnings (less than sub optimal) unclean room.

No breakfast as promised in bill. When asked for breakfast the staff was asking huge money and was very very rude. Full of bedbugs and hence cannot sleep. A mental torture because of the bite of bedbugs. Could visually see bedbugs runing in large numbers in bed. Very low lightnings (less than sub optimal) unclean room. Hence, cancled the stay after 3 days. But got refunded for only 2 days instead of 3 days. Pathetic place to be in. Never a good place to be in.

Breakfast was not provided even though I have paid for it in the itinerary. Hotel staff said we don't provide breakfast, I showed them the itinerary which clearly says that Breakfast is included. Still they denied. I had to suffer a lot as I was traveling with my little kid & my old mother.

Room was not at all clean. There were lizards & cockroaches. Water was not available. I had to change rooms during night. But every room was in same condition.

The facilities are good.

The room looked larger in the photos, but actually, it is old and small. I have a complaint about OYO. I booked the room for 1200 INR, but the hotel staff didn't accept our reservation and asked us to pay 600 INR more stating that OYO has a software glitch due to which the room rent is shown differently online.
