Waiters are gud and keep us happy for providing food
They actually don't have Hospitality . Yesterday I called then to pack my breakfast tiffin in morning since I have to check out for my flight at 6.45 am.
They said ok mam, no problem
Even it was set that I will get 2 idlis & 1 sandwich.
Wen I went to reception for clearance in morning, the reception said, no v won't give you as v start by 7.30 . Since it was their commitment at last night weather the breakfast start by 7.30 they will pack my good so that I won't suffer.
But actually they are il mannered people who don't have idea that a person is going empty stomach.
I got my food at noon 5 pm since I was travelling from far place and usually due to health issues, doctor don't recommend me outside unhealthy food & my health was also not gud due to eating outside good from past 4 days.
Bathroom is also very bad & hotel is too old actually.
There are so many insects too.
Although room service is gud.
I don't recommend this hotel

The staff was all very friendly. I also really enjoyed the location. There are many walkable shops and restaurants.
It has definitely seen better days. It seems the bedding hasn’t been traded out since the place opened and the facilities have never seen an upgrade.

elevator lift is ageing needs to be replaced with a modern lift. got stuck in the lift couple of times which is a nuisance.

We asked so they informed wifi trouble but not resolved the problem.

Room was good.
There was no parking available. This is 3 star hotel and parking space is very less. Per night we paid Rs.5000 and we expect to have Car parking.
Breakfast was complimentary in the one night stay accommodation but they charged for it around Rs 809. The reason they are giving is , You asked to deliver the breakfast in room and this Rs 809 is room service.
After I spoke on phone as my family was there in hotel , then they offered them to have the breakfast ( Buffet ) at down stairs. My family had Buffet down stair. I appreciate that after I spoke they offered the buffet ( Breakfast at 12 PM ).

Extremely disappointed as a family, Ruined our holidays
It's not the same as it looks on the pictures, Hopeless and absolutely disgusting. Not worth of the money.

The room is spacious and the bed is nice. You get a desk and chair which is quite useful. Overall it's a nice place to be for one person a even a small family.
The AC was not powerful enough to cool down the room, however, it did maintain a normal room temp, just not cold enough for me to sleep. The bathroom was good but the flush was not powerful enough. The lighting in the hotel and the room felt quite dim.

water spray and showers not good almost all holes are blocked very difficult to take bath as there is also no bucket in the room
dinner is served always cold in spite of informing the room service
