Great host, great VRBO, great location!! Jay was a spectacular host. He and Lesley had great communication with me ahead of our arrival to help us find fun activities in the area. Our favorite part was the use of their tubes to go river tubing and eat at White Duck Taco afterwards. Great stay!!

This property starts with great management by Jay Fiano. He's hospitable and very responsive. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed from cooking utensils to shampoo. The kids loved hanging out on the 4th floor to watch movies, play ping pong, and get in the hot tub. This house was perfect for our group of 10 with room to spare.

We had a fabulous Christmas holiday as a family. We stayed isolated because of COVID-19 but still had a blast. The rooftop hot tub was amazing. Everyone played ping pong and we walk on the path along the river every day. It is so close to theBiltmore and to the art district. We grilled out every night.

If you are looking for a 5-star getaway and heading to Asheville, make sure you stay at one of Jay’s Properties. Words can’t describe how amazing the property is and centralized to all of the many to see locations Asheville has to offer. We had a group of 16 and had more then enough room. The house was immaculate and the hot tub water is changed after every stay, which was such a relief and added bonus for my group. As for Jay, I have stayed at many properties and have never had such an accommodating host. Jay quickly responded to every and any question I had both before and during the trip. He also provided a list of places for us to visit. We are already planning on returning next year and will be sharing our experience with others.

The property was perfect for a long weekend with our group of friends. The house was beautiful and well-stocked. Jay was readily available for any questions. Would definitely book again.

We had 5 couples for the weekend at the Upstream Penthouse and everything was great. The location was great because it was close to downtown, but also just far enough away near the river where it was wonderful to hang out on the balcony and hot tub and enjoy the views. On top of how clean and up to date the house was, Jay was an amazing host. Responded to everything almost immediately from leading up to our stay, to texting him for a passcode question while in the house. Everything was great all around and will definitely be back!

3 families, ages 1 to 71, all enjoyed this property...the kitchen was perfect for family mealtimes....everyone had their own spaces and yet had terrific common spaces to talk and enjoy with everyone.....the ping pong table was a fun addition...very central location a plus

This was one of my all time favorite trips to Asheville, mostly because of this beautiful home. Jay was an awesome host for our group. We will definitely be back in the future.

This was the perfect house for a larger group of high-energy people. The house was clean and perfectly set up to take advantage of all the things Asheville has to offer. The views from the top floor made you think you were out in the mountains, but downtown was only a 5 minute drive away. The owner Jay was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I'm already looking into booking this place again for future events.

Jay was truly the most accommodating host I've ever had. Very responsive and helpful. The property had a great location and was very well kept. The only thing I'd say is. there are four floors and you have to climb them often, so if you have any injuries, don't bank on an elevator. It didn't bother us at all though. We loved the space!

The house is even better than pictured! Jay was awesome to work with and checked in to make sure we were all set and didn't need anything...We can't wait to come back!

We loved this house. It was our home base for Thanksgiving in Asheville. I brought my own kitchen equipment, thinking there would be no way the house had all of the baking and cooking equipment I needed. I was wrong. This house is fully outfitted. There's even a crockpot and a mixer. I was glad I brought some extra 13x9" pans and a liquid measuring cup, but other than that, the house had every utensil and cooking pan I needed. It also has a dumbwaiter for bringing luggage, groceries and other must-haves upstairs. It was a big, comfortable space for all of us!.

We had a blast of a wedding weekend. The Upstream location is great, just outside of town, with walking trails and views on the river. Super comfortable house with space to relax together or get away from the gang. Highly recommended by all. Jay is a great host and attentive to every need.

Rental was fantastic! Place is gorgeous - even better than the pics. Jay was a dream to deal with - went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

This property was an excellent choice for my family to get away for a short vacation. The location is perfect, being able to walk to the arts district and just steps away from a beautiful greenway. The house is incredible ... three generations of family members with differing opinions all agreed. Jay was very responsive to our questions and always responded quickly!

House was perfect for 6 couples. Plenty of room, very clean, really nice. Location is close to downtown - saved money on Uber/Lyft.. Jay could not have been nicer and more accommodative. He is a fantastic host.

Great place to stay! Jay went above and beyond to make sure that our visit was comfortable and fun. Loved the layout amenities, hot tub, and location. The check in and check out was easy and stress free. Jay was available and quickly responsive to any questions and suggestions about the property and area. Jay went above and beyond to accommodate our group - he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had enough space for everyone. Upon checking in, he met me at the house and even carried my suitcase up the stairs. We walked through the house and made sure there was room for everyone and planned out where everyone would sleep. I have stayed at many rental properties, from beach houses to lake houses, and I've never met a property owner so accommodating - he truly cares about his guests comfort. He even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we would need and more! Plenty of lounging space, comfortable beds, an awesome fridge you can play music from, and best of all the hot tub on the top floor. Everyone in our group couldn't get over how nice this place was and how we'd love to come back in the future! We had a friend's wedding at the Biltmore and this location was the perfect distance between the Biltmore and downtown Asheville - quick ubers to each. Some of our group even went across the street to go tubing in the river. We really couldn't have asked for a more perfect rental for our group and had the best time staying here. We very highly recommend this place for any large groups coming to Asheville! Jay is the best!

We rented 3 of his houses for our wedding (one for bridesmaids, one for groomsmen and one for friends). These were absolutely perfect! There is always something to do and always a room to escape to. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

OK, first you should know, as a retired Flight Attendant - I travel all the time. And I've stayed in LOTS of vacation rentals. Jay's, PIE IN THE SKY rental (my name for it) is the best! My husband and I arrived, tired after a long drive and opened the front door and turned on the light - and were STUNNED. We walked up the second floor and were even more stunned. Then saw the third and forth floors and I stopped the tour and sent Jay a text and said, "This is the most beautiful vacation rental I've ever been in! The website doesn't do it justice". Here's the specific's I loved! 1. The most comfortable beds EVER! 2. I love being able to play music through the computer in the front of the refrigerator. 3. I love how there are multiple living area's. I mean you could have a huge group here and never bother each other. 4. We loved the location - just a short walk down the hill to a wonderful trail along the river. 5. Sitting on the front porch and watching the stars at night and the views of the Biltmore grounds in the day time. Just loved the house! LOVED IT!!
