About the host:
Amber is probably the fastest and most communicative host I have ever had and she was a joy to talk to. She is very flexible, kind, and understanding. You can't get any better than her.
About the place:
Everything you see online is exactly as it is. The place is beautiful and relaxing - steps from 2 different pools and a 10-15 minute walk from the turquoise beach waters. Something we decided is that we would eat in most nights to save money and we were pleasantly surprised to see that Amber had stocked the kitchen with everything a cook needs on vacation.
Seascape is quiet which is what we adults needed. Not a big party place and it felt great to walk out on the patio every morning and hear silence. Honestly, you won't go wrong booking this place ever. It's close to what you want and need and still beautiful and restful at the same time.

Our little family has kind of outgrown hotel rooms so we decided to rent a condo for our Destin trip. This location worked out perfect. Gave us the extra space we needed, was very clean, and located close to everything we wanted to do.

The place was quiet, clean, well kept. Only changes I would prefer , 1) TV was only Roku which not crazy about and 2 ) living room chairs not very comfortable.
Overall nice place and would stay there again. It was very quiet and peaceful

I have to say that Amber, the owner, was thorough in her instructions and so helpful with any and everything during our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and just what we needed for a weekend get away.

This unit is very convenient to the beach, pools, tennis, restaurants, and shopping. It is very clean and peaceful. You have the option to drive to a parking area for the beach or walking to the beach. The drive is super short and much easier with kids. This is a less crowded beach than you will find on 30A. 30A has gotten ridiculous. The washer and drier and all appliances work well. In all , it is a nice place! Thank you!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated. The balcony is peaceful with a great view for enjoying your morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable. Location was far enough away to be quiet; but close enough to get to the beach and other activities quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. When we didn’t feel like cooking, we went to the Cabana Cafe for great pizza. We usually parked at Ariel Dunes and walked to the beach from there. We all had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and was new. Beds were so comfy. I was in contact with the owner even before arriving and during my stay. I will rent from her again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. This condo was very clean, easy to get in and out of, great location to the pools and other amenities. Could have walked to the beach, but we parked in the lot across from beach access. All in all, we enjoyed our time and the condo was perfect.

This property was perfect and very spacious for our family of four. Quiet area to relax after a day at the beach. We did drive to the beach and use the private parking area for the complex. Five minute drive if that. Amber, the host, is simply amazing and she takes very good care of you!

Excellent location and condo
The condo was very nicely appointed and had a wonderful balcony dining area. Quiet and secluded but only a short walk to the beach and only steps from one of the resorts four swimming pools.

Nice Condo
Renovations were good but paint was peeling in front room amd patio furniture was old. Based on the condition of the neighborhood (older property) this unit was a great choice and would definitely book again.

Spotless, trendy condo.
Cute, clean condo. Fully stocked kitchen. Excellent owner communication. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Minutes to beach. Pools, tennis, basketball. Access to 5 pools but only one heated so fairly busy when the weather is cool. Would recommend!

Beautiful condo and location
We loved staying at this VRBO. The condo was so clean and the owner Amber was wonderful. She had all the details about where to go and park and her directions were on point.
The location was perfect because it was within walking distance to two pools and the beach was a very short drive with private parking for condo residents. You can still walk to the beach but with little kids and beach stuff it was easier to drive. The beach was beautiful too. White sands and clear water! I highly recommend this condo!

Beachtime and Baseball
This is a wonderful property with a gracious host! We loved the location of the villa. Our very active boys could easily walk or ride bikes to the pools, the basketball court or tennis courts. The kitchen is well equipped and the villa is beautifully decorated. We spent time at the ballfield for games but still had enough time to enjoy Seascape. We will definitely return to Amber’s property again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great beach spot
My friends and I went for a girls weekend and this house was the perfect place for us. Close to the beach, pools near us, and a perfect place to come back to after a long day in the sun. Amber was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know beforehand. They accommodated our request for early check in as well. We will definitely be going back for another girls weekend!

BEST Location and EXTREMELY comfortable
This property was extremely comfortable. The decor was beachy but so very classic chic. The layout gave me and my friend visiting lots of private space and a comfortable area to visit with other friends and family. Amber was extremely responsive to questions. Loved the convenient location and proximity to beach. A VRBO winner.

Getting away!
It was just perfect, from reservation to check out. The owner was excellent all around. Love the list she provided for extra needs and the list of local restaurant's recommendations. I have gone 5 times to Destin, this time has been the best experience

This was wonderful!
This place was wonderful! The owner kept in touch on check in day and was very helpful with anything we asked. We enjoyed walking to the places near by for rolled ice cream and souvenirs. We will definitely stay here again!!

Sweet owners, great condo and area
This is such a cute condo. Very well done. Extremely clean. Quiet peaceful area on the golf course with wonderful deck to drink morning coffee. We had a some travel issues and Amber was so incredibly responsive , accommodating and genuinely helpful . This made our trip wonderful. Can’t recommend enough!

Winter Retreat
We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the Downey’s Destin condo. The condo, complex, and location is great. Our stay was cut short due to the escalation of the Coronavirus. The owners were extremely gracious during that time and certainly live up to their five-star rating! We would definitely love to come back.

Great Place to Stay at the Beach
From start to finish, the property and its amenities were perfect. The condo is modern, updated, and very clean. It was obvious the owners paid attention to every little detail. It is a lovely condo, and the Seascape property is peaceful and serene. Since it is the end of November, we didn't expect to be able to swim, but the pools were heated and very comfortable. We would stay here again in an instant!
The ONLY issue was that there were no bedside tables or lighting in the master suite, which was a tad inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was perfect. :)
