Though it was tight, I could fit two medium size SUVs in the garage which is an amazing perk on mission beach. It was especially nice to have the master bedroom two stories from the kids room. I got some really good sleep! You might want to be aware if you have young kids, becacuse they could easily get out with out you noticing. Great place!

Well stocked kitchen and nice beach supplies. Good beds too. Only criticism is we were assigned the small table of four on the outside patio. Since we had rented three bedrooms with 10 guests I thought that was a little small.

This was by far the cleanest Beach house we have stayed in! We loved this amount of room in this house for our family of 6. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended the number of days! Contacted management and received quick and friendly responses each time. Would definitely stay here again.

Two families, with 5 total kids aged 4-13, stayed the week of July 4th. Positives: Great location, love being closer to bay side where it is a bit quieter, and very near the grassy area, where we played soccer and put down a blanket to watch fireworks. Neighbors were reasonably quiet, so was easy to get the kids to sleep with windows open. We emailed on Sunday about the upstairs AC unit, and the mgmt co sent someone out same day- very responsive. The unit also didn’t have a hairdryer (assuming prior renters packed it by accident), and they dropped one off promptly. Negatives: None of these are major items. Some aspects of unit are feeling a bit dated- AC upstairs kept getting error message, and required numerous breaker resets to get it working. Not sure the AC cooled the air more than just circulating outside air anyway. Fortunately it was really only needed for a couple hours a day when the sun was directly overhead and if the breeze stopped. Kitchen utensils are getting a little thin- specifically, no baking sheets. Oven seemed to take excessively long to bake- had to add degrees and minutes to everything. Garage is tandem style and couldn’t fit our Tahoe and Expedition. Overnight public parking was close, but that isn’t ideal. If I could have rated 4.5 stars, I would have. A bit pricey compared to comparable places we have stayed, but all in all no material negatives and we would stay here again.

This house was perfect for my family of 9. Close to the beach, bay, stores, restaurants. It was so convenient for my grandparents to have their own space on the first floor with their own entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The whole family had a great time!

This house was large enough to accommodate our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Very convenient to the bay and ocean. Grocery shopping was just a short drive up Mission Blvd. The garage was a little tight, but we were able to park our mini van inside with no problem. Our second vehicle was a larger truck and we were able to find two 24 hour/overnight parking lots just a short walk on the bay side of the property. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived, but they were taken care of in a timely manner by the management team considering it was a weekend. I would not recommend this property if you are traveling with anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs. There are 3 levels and lot of stairs! We would either rent this property again or use this management company again..they were very easy to work with. Thanks for making our stay great!!

It was very nice to choose from the calmness of the bay or walk across the street to the busier ocean.

We loved our stay at this house. Very nice, clean and spacious. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and barbeque on the patio. Great location – next to the bay and the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very good management, very easy to deal with. We hope to come back next year!

We arrived and found the place in very good shape. The location is great, a couple steps to the beach and the bay. It is only a short walk to the little shops, beach rental places and restaurants. The house is very spacious and convenient. The service has been great and everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure that our stay was effortless and amazing. Highly recommend both the property and the people that operate it. Thanks for making our stay a fantastic experience.

The service what they offer and the contact with the agency is absolutly great. The check-in as well as the check-out was easy and quick. The facility itself is clean and in good condition. Even the BBQ is super clean and well maintained. Cool is that the front side of the house hits just a pedestrian walkway and not a street so you can hang out for a nice dinner.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The location is great, fourth house from the bay and one short block from the beach. The house is full of amenities and everything we needed! Boogie boards, scooter, beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels etc. The area restaurants are all within a short walk of the place, which was nice too. The owners take good care of this house and provide great hospitality. Nicole was great with the providing a lot of information for our stay, answering questions and making suggestions. We would highly recommend this house and when we come back to California, this is where we will stay!!

Our extended family of 10 stayed at this beach house for a week. We all really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable there. Having 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms was great with 4 teenagers. Couldn't ask for a better location and nicer place. The house is very close to the bay, ocean, restaurants, and shopping. All the extra amenities made the vacation even more enjoyable - like beach chairs & towels, boogie boards, etc. We would highly recommend this house and when we come back to California, this is where we will stay!!

This property has a great set up for multiple families. Large main living area. Very close to Bay and Oceanside beaches. Kitchen was very well equipped. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our second year in this house. Great location, great house, has everything what you need. Will come back again.

Property is exactly as advertised. If 3.5 stars was an option, that would be my rating. We stayed here for a week in August - booked relatively last minute. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation quite a bit. Being the "bay side" was great for us and our two kids. Steps away from the calm waters of the bay, a few steps more in the other direction to the larger & more active sand/surf of the ocean. The unit is a bit more sparsely furnished and outfitted than other properties I've rented around Mission Beach, and some of the accessories and items in the house are a bit shop worn, but it has ALL the basics and met our needs just fine. The house has a master bed, full bath and balcony on the third floor. A living room / dining room, kitchen, patio and half bath on the second floor. The ground floor has two bedrooms. full bath, wet bar area and garage. The nice sized outdoor patio is accessed through one of the ground floor bedrooms Be aware that the master bedroom is two floors away from the other bedrooms. Great if you want privacy, but not as good if you need to be able to hear young kids during the night. While there are technically enough beds and sleeper sofas to sleep 10, you would be VERY packed in. I personally don't think there is enough living space in the house to support 10 people. 6 is easy; 8 would be ok, but i'm really not sure how 10 people would work... Our stay was *slightly* impacted by some roof repair work that was schedule to start an hour before our planned checkout, but the property manager was very gracious and offered us a later checkout for the inconvenience. She was communicative and responsive before, during, and after our stay. While this isn't the absolute best place I've rented before on Mission Beach, I would GLADLY stay here again.

My family and I stayed for a week during August 2011. The property is clean, conveniently located between the strand and bay and very spacious. I would highly recommend this for family's with young kids since you can play on the strand side a little more easily and go to the beach when you want to. Good play for BBQ in the back patio as well!

We enjoyed our stay very much, Your place is beautifully and tastefuly decorated. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures and well suitted for our large familiy. We really enjoied that all three bedrooms provide a lot of privacy. The garage for our two cars was a definitely plus. Everything you could ask for in a rental. Great location, great kitchen and lots of space. Your second floor balcony is so cozy and perfect for morning cofee. We also enjoyed our evenings on your private patio with grilled food and glas of wine. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for alowing us to staty in your house. Your house was the perfect place for our family vacation. We had 10 people in our group including young children, teenagers and grand parents and everybody enjoied the stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our grand parents especially liked their room on the first floor with the door to the patio. The kitchinet on the first floor really helps. The location is great – it is on the quiet court but restaurants, shops, ocean and bay beaches, everything is close by. We and our kids really enjoyed beach chairs, scooters, boogie boards and beach toys. We will definitely come back.
