Great location! Wonderfully clean beach. Good communication!

Imagine every day waking up to hearing the ocean waves, seeing the sunlight dance on the ocean, seeing dolphins and a variety of birds… all right on your own balcony! That is exactly what we did, drinking coffee in the captain’s chairs while overlooking the beach! Amazing views- nothing beats oceanfront! Great area- many walkable places just steps from the condo and a quick Uber ride to John’s Pass. Spacious for 6 to move around easily and not feel crowded. Condo came with some basics which was helpful, also.

Had a great family trip to Madeira Beach and this condo. It was a nice corner unit (4th floor) that has direct access to the beach. Also had a pool (heated when we were there) for us to use when needed. Very easy to get to from the Tampa airport and easy drive to Clearwater and St. Pete’s. Also, right down the road from John’s Pass. Each night - we had great sunset views directly from our balcony. Wonderful get away location, from the cold Midwest, where the weather was warm and area seemed really safe for our family. Would recommend staying here if you want to stay right on the beach.

This was a wonderful place to stay and it was great to get up in the morning and drink coffee while looking out to the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

We love the area and the building is very near the water which is nice. Great view and well situated. Near several beachy restaurants. This particular unit was ok for a beach unit - its the beach so we don't expect much - but there were a few things to be aware of: -the AC is linked to humidity so you have to keep all the deck doors closed or the AC won't work. Fair enough, but there is a dehumidifier and if you don't dump it the alarm will go off. I temporarily unplugged it when the alarm went off at 4 AM which caused AC to go off which prompted a text from the owner about keeping the doors closed when it was really because I temporariy unplugged the dehumidifier when stumbing around looking for an alarm at 4 AM. -They didn't leave any dishwasher pods or soap, but we were apparantly supposed to do the dishes upon leaving. -the master BR door was held together with tape and misaligned so very loud when opening and closing.

Absolutely beautiful condo. 3 bedrooms! Huge balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of comfortable seating. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions :) Everything you could possibly need. Gorgeous decor. Beach chairs, parking for 1 vehicle right by the elevator. New washer & dryer. We enjoyed it immensely. Thank you Harry & Tammie, we'll definitely be back!

Overall not bad. Had some trouble getting a code to get in but was resolved rather quickly. The ice maker makes about 3 cubes of ice a day. The air is set so you can't get below 73 which is fine during the day but made for some restless nights. The bed was very comfortable though. It's a great location. The sunsets are beautiful.

Maderia Beach area is a wonderfull place and the condo views are amazing

We had an amazing week in Madeira Beach! The weather was perfect! The condo was great! The location is centrally located to all kinds of restaurants! We will definitely be back again!

This vacation home is beautiful, clean, and easy to keep clean! Plenty of room for 5 adults and a teenager! The view is gorgeous from the balcony and inside the condo. The kitchen and laundry appliances worked great and we had everything we needed. Do The beach was not crowded and we took advantage of beach service. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. Harry was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this property!

We love the view from 401! Harry is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Because it’s an end unit there is more natural light, which we think is a bonus. Condo has everything you need and beautifully decorated. The only thing that could be improved would be additional kitchen towels to dry countertops and dishes (we ended up using a bath towel). We’ll be staying here again!

This place is amazing! The view is incredible, the condo is beautiful and dealing with the owner was so easy!! Our family will definitely be returning renters!!

Walking in the door we were amazed by the view of the ocean all the way through the condo. The condo was clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with every single thing you could think of. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer looked brand new. We were so pleased to also find beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Our favorite part was the balcony!! The view is amazing, the number of chairs and how nice they are was wonderful. To top it all off, we watched dolphins swim every single day of our trip from the balcony and even got to watch a manatee one day. The condo is also only one mile from John’s Pass and has a few restaurants right across the street as well. Lastly, we had an emergency with our car on the last day and needed an extra key to the condo, the owner responded within seconds and helped us! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful condo!

This was a wonderful stay at the beach. The condo was very clean and organized. Communication/booking was very simple. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great vacation! This is our second time staying at Madeira Beach and it was beautiful. Communication with owner was easy with quick attention and response. We had everything we needed including beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards. Owner even had life jackets for toddlers and small children provided for use! Can't wait to come back!

This was our 8th girls’ beach trip in 11 years, and this condo and area was great. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive when I had questions. The only issue at all was the dishwasher stopped working, but Harry came and replaced it the next day. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed…plenty of nice towels, nice dishes and glassware, enough basics such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher and laundry tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets if we had needed them. The balcony and furniture was one of our favorites. I’m sure the tvs all work but we never even turned them in the whole week :) The location is great with a few restaurants and a convenience store across and just down the street. The beach was not crowded and was nice and laid back. Caddy’s beach side restaurant and bar was within walking distance. John’s Pass is just a little over a mile as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.

It is a fabulous property and an even better location!!! Highly recommend.

Very family oriented property, with a great view of the gulf!

This was our second trip to this property and it was just as wonderful this time. We love all the extras that are provided, like beach towels, beach chairs, condiments in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for our family. We love all the furniture on the balcony so we can enjoy the gulf while having meals. Harry is so easy to work with and was quick to respond if we had an issues. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for sharing this great condo with us.

What an amazing condo! The view is awesome. There was red tide while we were there for the first couple of days but fish were cleaned up every day and the beach was clean and clear. It was a 60th birthday trip with our 3 adult children, 2 spouses and 1 grandchild. The rooms were very spacious and there was enough space to unpack all of our clothes. It was great to have beach chairs there to use and the restaurants across the street were great. This is the first time in Madiera (usually we stay in St. Pete) and it is now my favorite! Thanks Harry for a great stay and sharing your piece of happiness!!!!

We enjoyed 2 weeks at this spacious condo. Loved the corner unit with the extra windows and the views of the Gulf out front and the long view of the beach to the south. So much space--bedrooms with lots of closets, double sinks in BOTH bathrooms, and kitchen large enough for a couple of cooks. Laundry room--Amazing new large capacity washer and dryer. The bar height Adirondack chairs on balcony were so comfortable and we really enjoyed watching the beach, the gulf, the sky, and sunsets from there. Had our daughter's family with 8 year-olds twins the second of our two weeks and they had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Master bedroom king bed was very comfortable and kept me asleep all night every night. The area is very busy-4 lanes of LOTS of fast-moving traffic, but it worked out okay for us and we were still able to walk to some restaurants and ice cream shops.

Location is great, right on the beach, many things within walking distance - stores, restaurants, pharmacy. The unit's kitchen is well stocked, the living room furniture very comfortable and the patio is awesome! The rest of the unit is just OK. Beds are all very soft (many reviews say they are comfortable but our group of 6 agreed they were all too soft/saggy), rugs are old, towels were minimal. The unit is definitely showing its age. I guess that's what you get at this price point. Host was responsive.

A great time was had at this lovely unit. Clean, comfortable and well appointed condo with perfect location on the beach.

This is a great place to stay. Harry was very quick to communicate if we had any questions. I would certainly stay here again.

Relaxation

This is our 7th time staying in this particular unit. The location is perfect and the property is roomy for 6 of us. The owner was very responsive even while having to deal with hurricane damage to his own property.

The unit was well stocked and in great condition. The location is ideal. We had a maintenance issue on a Sunday and the host resolved it that day.
