Lugar incrível! Vista linda. Super bem localizado, bastante seguro, ambiente preparado em cada detalhe, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã delicioso, preparado com muito capricho e o atendimento delicado da Lissa. Patrizia, a proprietária, nos fez sentir em casa com sua atenção e com o carinho com que nos recebeu. Sempre nos dando ótimas dicas do que fazer na região. Certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui e vamos recomendar para nossos amigos e familiares.

We liked everything about this place, but especially Patrizia who is a truly wonderful host. She is so empathic, kind, friendly and helpful above and beyond and with a smile. It was a pleasure to meet such a remarkable person. Breakfast excellent, bed extremely comfortable, room very clean.

The property is an amazing location, only a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beaches of Camps Bay. Its beautifully kept, the rooms are lovely, ours had patio doors onto the pool area. The lady running everything, Patrizia is amazing ! so helpful, full of knowledge with some great recommendations and just lovely to speak with. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole property has a real relaxed and personal feel to it, I would 100% go back and recommend to travellers in Cape Town that are looking for a chilled but well looked after vibe. Also, the breakfasts were laid out amazing ! Set up in a way that you can mix with other guests and get to know people. Thanks again for an amazing stay !

Room was very good. breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. Location had small walk to Camps Bay beach,no problem for us. We would stay here again.

First off - the property is impressive. It's a beautiful structure with very tasteful detail. One can tell that a lot of thought and care was put into the place. There is a common room where you can help yourself to drinks and mark what you had to add to your bill. Very reasonably priced too. This room leads out onto a big terrace with a stunning view onto the coastline. A continental breakfast is served at their lovely big table with fresh coffee, milk, yoghurt, a variety of bread, cold cuts and cheeses. There was a bowl of fresh fruit salad (on the first morning) and granola. All very nicely presented.

On our arrival, the host was having some heated discussion with a staff member (at the time we didn't even know who they were so we walked passed them to the entrance of the building). The host then greeted us and showed us our room and seemed to be friendly and accommodating. She explained the facilities and showed us around. the first morning we woke up to a wonderful breakfast spread (as above). Unfortunately they served margerine which was a real downer considering the quality of the rest of the spread, not to mention the rate of the room... Breakfast got progressively worse the consecutive two mornings as the same fruit salad was used for all three days (unappetizing on day 2, inedible on day 3), the bread was stale on day 2, cardboard on day 3. on our second night, we got back relatively late after dinner and drinks at the beach and ready for bed. We could hear there was a party going on. We didn't have a problem at first, as we assumed it would quieten down in due course to ensure guests could get a good night sleep which they are certainly paying for! The noise did not subside, instead it got louder. When I looked at the time to find out it was 4am, I had no patience left and went upstairs to share my thoughts and ask them to stop the noise to allow us to have a few hours of sleep before we check out. It again took a while. If Ocean Lounge had been a hostel, this would be something you might forgive but for this to happen at a high end resort is just completely unacceptable. We then met the host at breakfast who not only had no word of apology when I mentioned the party, she also shared with us that the occasion had been her friend's 40th and that she had indeed also been at the party until the early hours. She also then had the nerve to tell my husband off for leaving the lights on the previous night and used this as some kind of a justification for the nightly disturbance. Unbelievable.

The home was walking distance to the a very nice part of town and good restaurants. Our hosts were happy to provide useful guidance and advice on places to go and when to got here. We'd absolutely stay here again!

The property was beautiful! The landscape and position of the dinning area, the pool and the jacuzzi was also great. The staff were quite amazing and friendly! Special mentions are Patrizia and Keith (who always made amazing breakfast)! The interaction with staff also felt quite personal and warm.

This was the best experience ever from the reception to the cleaner & not to forget rhe best chef ever. You have your own privacy that makes it extra special. The breakfast is so nice from everything you dont even get that @ a restaurant. Thank you Patricia for your hospitality, aunt Wilma for ironing my clothes & cleaning the room & uncle Keith for making the best breakfast ever.

the room and homely feel

Very clean & comfortable - we had a room overlooking the garden, swimming pool and the coastline. Breakfasts were also very good and the hosts, Chris & Michau were very attentive. We had an incedent that required hospital attention, and Chris very kindly took us there and waited until we were sorted. The place is reasonably quiet and secluded in a cul-de-sac and felt very safe. There is space for parking for those who hire cars! Are happy to do laundry is needed. About 10 minutes walk from the seafront and good restaurants/shops.

Very little really - there are quite a few stairs to be negotiated (only a problem is mobility is a bit limited!) but then Camps Bay is built on a slope!

Comfortable, clean, well designed and well located plus really friendly and helpful staff.
