Emma & Rene were the best host and very responsive to any questions I had! My husband & I stayed here for our mini honeymoon, the amenities included are amazing. Rene even recommended a kayaking place called Wekiwa and the views were amazing! The house is very clean, the pool and hot tub were very relaxing, and the staff at pool in the development are very friendly.

Thank you, Emma and Renee for sharing your house with my family. First and foremost, the house was impeccably clean. Well, equipped with baby equipment proximity to clubhouse was ideal. Location was awesome to all Disney parks and shopping at Disney Springs for families looking for a large home. This will definitely fulfill your needs.

Selfishly I don’t want to share how amazing it is! I want it to be available every year we go to Orlando. We’ve stayed at many VRBO homes, and this one surpasses them all. There is nothing lacking here! This home is a short walk to the clubhouse, an easy no toll/no interstate drive to Disney, and a 5 min drive to Sam’s, target and Publix. The location was quiet and spacious. The layout of the home was perfect for our families ranging in age from 18 months to 16 for kids. Upstairs allowed for quiet areas for napping. The playroom area was a game changer. The pictures DO NOT do that area justice. There are sidewalks for walks or bike rides. Our favorite things were all the little “extras” that were there from sand toys, to strollers, fun kid drink cups, and supplies you may have forgotten at home. They provide a little of everything to get you started. It was very clean. The layout of the kitchen/dining/living room was open concept and allowed us all to be together. All 4 families agreed we found our Orlando spot. Thank you for all the effort you put into your wonderful home, it definitely shows!

Considering it is my husband and I with 3 kids, we certainly did not require a 6 bedroom house. However, our favorite housing development's current owners all seem to be ok with guests suffering in FL heat and humidity by locking thermostats at high temps, so we picked this home as the owners were among a minority in FL that "allow" adults to operate a thermostat. This meant we paid quite a bit more and did not get the same amenities (arcade games, certain resort features) but that is how important breathing, ac sleep comfort, and treating paying guests like paying guests are to us. Aside from that, we appreciated the cleanliness and pre-stay communication.
Areas for improvement: while ac certainly worked well, there were no instructions for it in the Welcome Binder and it would constantly blow and randomly go to another temperature as if it were being operated from outside the home; sheet quality on beds, no bedspreads or comforters in masters, too hot of a mattress protector, no board games or arcade machines for stormy days, toilet paper that may be worse than rest area tp--expected better for price. As for resort, slides opened late, pool did not feel heated, and bball had an open area by water with gators and snakes--not well planned, security gate wasn't very secure as it was always open. The surrounding area did not feel safe, especially Vineland Road, so I'd direct guests to stores in a better area. All in all, we'd likely rec. this house for cleanliness and ac.

Perfect home for our large family get away. The house was clean and spacious. We appreciated the many family friendly extras. The private pool as well as the community areas were a huge hit with our grandkids. The hosts were extremely responsive and made certain everything was perfect. We look forward to making a return stay

This was our third stay at this property and we continue to love everything about it! The house and the pool are great, and the hosts are second to none. Emma and Rene are the most responsive, concerned, and helpful hosts we’ve ever dealt with. They go out of their way to make sure we’re comfortable in every way. They are the best and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

The house was great with tons of space for all of our kids. They loved the themed bedrooms. Community pools with lazy rivers, water slides and mini golf were also big hits. Close to shopping and Disney.

The house was fantastic. All the rooms were exactly as explained in the listing. I love that we had an upstairs playroom for the little ones. We had taken three under the age of two years old. I didn’t think we needed this playroom as we have traveled many times before. However, after staying here, I realize that the playroom is an essential part of traveling with a family of little ones.
The location of the property was so convenient getting to and from Disney World. I cannot say enough about the location. Every day we went there was no traffic and we were able to get to Disney World with 10 to 15 minutes.
The location also included a large amount of retail close to it. There is Target, Walmart, and Publix.
Also, the host was very helpful. They provided startup, toilet paper, and other toiletries to help with the trip. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked and might I say beautiful. There are plenty of chairs for dining with a large family.

This was one of my favorite stays. Well kept home with plenty of space for a big family vacation. This is a well equipped home with everything you need and more. Every detail was thoroughly thought through in order to provide a perfect vacation.
The pool and hot tub was fun, the games in the garage kept the little ones entertained and the community lazy river area definitely added that extra fun to our stay.
Everything you want and need is here at your Kissimmee vacation home. Parks are close by. Many restaurants, stores and grocery stores right up the street.
I highly recommend this place.

A family stay at this welcome and inviting home to stay at while visiting Disney World. Very comfortable home which made our trip pleasant. Young kids loved the neighborhood water park, lazy river and the kids water splash area were hits. The home spa and pool were nice. At first, the spa/pool water heater wasn’t doing well but the owner jumped on it and got it fixed. We cooked meals, breakfast and dinners. Found the kitchen was not outfitted with the silverware/platters/ food storage containers you would expect for 10 guests. Also ran into several pots and pans dirty with burnt food stuff inside of them probably from the previous renters. Cleanliness could have been better. We brought coffee but there were no coffee filters so no coffee the first morning. All in all, an enjoyable visit to Florida. The owners were in good communication throughout our visit… they care. The “welcome book” was nice but lacked some of the details we were looking for in how to use TV’s, temperature control, etc. Highly recommend this location.

We had a lovely stay. The house itself is clean and large with plenty of places to sit, hang out, and sleep for our extended family vacation. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, all the baby equipment and the pool. It was also a short walk to the Hideaway Club and an easy drive to Disney, restaurants, etc. Emma was helpful with our questions and we wouldn’t hesitate to return any time.

This was one of the best rental experiences from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, the home is amazing, the pool in the back yard is fantastic and there is a lazy river and slides a short walk away. The hideaway club is convenient and nice. Overall wonderful experience, wonderful home, wonderful family vacation!

Great property, all was as advertised. Clean, neat close to all the attractions. Water park/lazy river was a bonus for
the kids. Highly recommend getting the pool/spa combo, especially when your doing all the walking at disney/universal etc. Had one small problem that the owner had corrected immediately. Friendly and helpful and attentive. Planning next years stay definetly will re-book here.

We, 11 of us, stayed for 8 days & had a wonderful time. The house was big enough that the kids had their own space upstairs to burn off any energy playing. Rene & Emma were very fast to respond to our calls. . Great place to stay - not brand snew, but clean and cared for. Book it, you wont regrret it 👍

This property was perfect for my family. The host was fast to communicate and very accommodating. The picture does not do this property justice. Everything was exactly as photographed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando. 10 out of 10!!!

This is a wonderful house that comfortably accommodated our entire group ranging in age from 1 - 70. The house, pool, and appointments are second to none. While the house is phenomenal, the best feature to this property is the owners. Rene and Emma are immediately accessible, responsive, helpful and very thoughtful whenever we need to reach them. It’s a pleasure dealing with them! This was our second stay at this property and we’ve already booked for next year!

Condo was just what we were looking for. Clean, organized, lots of space and close to the parks. Loved that there was 2 king size beds. We didn’t get to enjoy the complex pool and lazy river. We were at the parks each day.

This home is a wonderful place to share the Disney experience with two grown children, their spouses and four children. Ages 2,4,5 & 10. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families. The children’s play area was so helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful. The private pool and hot tub was one of our favorite parts. The added value of the resort water park and tiki bar was a great benefit for both families. It was a very short walk from the house. My grandchildren loved the splash pad!
Emma was a wonderful host. She checked in the first day to see if we had any questions and to make sure we knew that she was available if we needed anything. We didn’t.
I especially appreciate that this is an owner operated rental. Emma and Renee have assured that just about anything you need is there. They have added so many personal touches that I would never have expected in a rental unit.

This house and location are as great as it looks. Our family of 8 felt extremely comfortable in this home. Heating the pool was a win! After our days at the Disney parks. Plenty of kitchen dishes and startup supplies to get you going. Store options are within 2 miles so was easy to get what we needed.

Really happy with our stay! A slight hiccup at check-in with the door code but was able to resolve with the property manager really quick and easy. Through the entire process, communication was very clear and responsive. The property had more space than we needed for a group of 7 adult males. Everything was really clean. We chose to use the pool which was really comfortable despite temperatures in the 40s at night and 60s during the day. We flew into MCO and went to universal studios - both pretty reasonable drives. Definitely recommend.

We brought our extended family together for a two-week stay to celebrate Christmas, New Years, and our wedding. Rene and Emma were very welcoming, responsive, and provided a home away from home for us all (6 adults, 2 teens, and a gradeschooler). Spotless property, great neighborhood, proximity to theme parks, and lots of room to spread out. Will definitely rebook on our next family trip to Orlando!

From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out, the owners Rene and Emma were very attentive and great to work with.
The property is perfect for families visiting the area and is only 10 minutes to the Disney parks. The home was exceptionally clean and was spotless when we checked in. There was plenty of room to spread out for our party of 7 and we felt like this was a home away from home. The clubhouse was awesome and was a huge bonus to booking this home for our stay. My family and my extended family stayed at this property from August 8th-16th. The house was beautiful and spotless. The great communication with Emma and Rene is the best I have ever dealt with when renting a property. The location is close to the theme parks and the resort itself has so much to offer for young and old. It’s a great spot to just lounge around and take a break from the theme parks.
