Great weekend get away overlooking Downtown Louisville, KY and the Ohio River
Fast 1.000 Quadratmeter modern eingerichteter Wohnraum mit eigenem Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus mit beschränktem Zugang und Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Innen- und Außenpools sowie einem Trainingsraum. Leicht zu Fuß zu mehreren Restaurants; und die Innenstadt von Louisville, KY, direkt über den Fluss. Die Wohnung ist für die meisten freitags, samstags, sonntags Nächte mit Aufschlag Montag oder Donnerstag Nächte zu einem ausgehandelten Preis (und auf Anfrage) zu mieten. Jeffersonville Condo
This was an extended holiday weekend for us. The location is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to prepare simple meals. Bruce was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

2nd Time Staying at this Location
As they say, location is everything and this condo is it. We love that we are right on the river front looking at the Louisville skyline. There are many restaurants/bars that are within walking distance. Louisville is just across via the 2nd St bridge.
It is a very safe and secure building with access only to those with a key/fob and the parking is in the garage that is also secured via a key/fob to gain entry.
Bruce, the condo owner is very available and easy to work with.We will stay again!!

Great Getaway Amazing View
Bruce was very accommodating checking us in and super informative. The view is absolutely amazing. There is so much to do in walking/biking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Kinda lived in
Wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t great. The smoke smell on arrrival was intense and unpleasant the moment we arrived. Very dusty. The apartment was lived in, which was good (when it came to available food and bev) and not so good (cluttered, expired food.) Good location and it was very kind of the host to allow flexibility on both ends of the stay. That can compensate for a lot of negatives. Gotta do something about the smoke tho.

We enjoyed are stay! It has a beautiful view with a nice size balcony and was very close to Louisville. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself for a long weekend. It had everything we needed! Thanks!

Perfectly suited our needs for the long weekend! Bruce was great at accommodating our time frame and shared many recommendations. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Perfect Louisville spot with stunning river view
What a gem! Relax in this plush condo in the heart of Louisville, sip coffee from the balcony overlooking the Ohio river & stroll to nearby restaurants. Several KY Bourbon Trail stops are within just a short drive, bike or Uber away. Close to everything but still a quiet retreat. Love the secure, garage parking. Bruce is a gracious host & knows all the best places to eat - be sure to ask for his recommendations. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice condo
Bruce met us at check-in to show us the condo, property facilities, and parking which was very helpful. The condo was as-advertised in the photos and description with a great view of downtown Louisville.
My only complaint would be the lack of blinds or curtains over the large glass windows/doors out to the balcony. It starts to get very bright in the condo at sunrise. If you're planning on waking up early with the sun then it's no problem, but if you want to sleep in a bit there is no way to block out the sunlight. Otherwise a comfortable stay.
