tiene buena ubicacion, el ingreso con codigo de seguridad facilito mucho el ingreso, en la zona hay buen comercio, hay paradas de buses que quedan cerca al sitio.

que cobren adicional por llegada tarde no se me hace logico, mas si se ingresa con codigo en las puertas, decia edificio de no fumar pero al llegar el apartamento olia demaciado a cigarillo, tanto asi que aunque era de noche tuvimos que abrir todas las ventanas que afecto mucho, al siguiente dia salimos y al volver la misma situacion tuvimos que comprar ambientador, a la mañana siguiente el olor empezo a sentirse y vimos que los trabajadores del edificio fuman y por eso el olor, cuando llegamos una de las camas tenia el tablado roto y no servian las pilas de unos controles, informamos al anfitrion y lo resolvieron al otro dia, el apartamento no tiene sala, el agua de un baño baja la presion cuando se usa el otro, entonces no se podian usar los dos baños al mismo tiempo y cuando vas en familia eso afecta, el baño interno de la habitacion no tiene ducha, solo tina, preciso sacamos el sitio varios dias, la verdad nos arrepentimos un poco.

Location was fantastic, walkable to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, and surrounded by coffee shops, bars, pizzerias and gelaterias and a supermarket. A great little museum down the road. A 5 min walk to the metro for Coloseum, Vatican etc Apartment was clean and functional. Comfy beds, great bathrooms and space for up to 6 guests.

Accessing the property is a big problem if your phone battery dies! Key sets were available once in the apartment but did not open communal door. Luckily we buzzed another apartment to let us in. Kitchen amenities and utensils very sparse - not really suited to cooking a main meal (didn’t bother us as we ate breakfast in the apartment and other meals out) Barely any natural light (but again didn’t bother us as we were out most of the day)

The best thing about this apartment was the localization - close to Roma Termini and the city center with all the major landmarks (Fontanna di Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseum). It was quiet and clean.

Many little things that would make a major difference for a comfortable stay: heating didn't work - it was very cold at night, broken electric kettle, only one table spoon, no washing sponge (apparently it's an unwritten rule and it's not going to change even if other guests bring it up in their opinions, so good luck with cleaning a frying pan with your fingers and nails), only one working bedside lamp, shower doors very hard to open, just two hanging racks in the closet of only one bedroom, no racks in the hall to hang our coats or jackets. To their credit - they offered to come up and change the bulbs and check the shower door, but these are things that ought to be taken care of before the guests arrive.

Lovely apartment, very clean and open. Came with towels and toiletries, TVs in every room a bonus. Great location, across from coffee shops (that has soya milk!!) and around the corner from supermarkets, only a 20 min walk to the Trevi Fountain.

I loved everything. is super nice and clean. The location is excellent because it’s a few minutes away from touristic locations.

Washing machine did not work

good location; old buildings but doesn’t mean a bad place! comfortable beds, everything we need in general at home

it’s not exactly unliked, but we miss an smart tv, silly comment, but a suggestion for an opportunity on the future
