Comfortable home and separate cottage walking distance to the water
Bequeme 4-Zimmer-Haus mit einem lässigen, Küsten-Thema nur wenige Gehminuten von Easton's Beach. Holzböden, Edelstahl-Geräte, 2 Badezimmer und eine abgeschirmte Veranda. Gehen Sie von der Veranda auf den schön angelegten umzäunten Garten, der zum Cottage führt. Das Cottage ist eine komplett getrennte Unterkunft mit 1 Schlafzimmer, einem kompletten Badezimmer und einer eigenen Küche. Das Wohnzimmer, das das Zentrum des Hauses ist, hat eine gewölbte Decke und einen Holzofen für gemütliche Abende.
Sowohl das Haus als auch das Cottage sind mit Bettwäsche und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar Handtücher für den Strand!

The location was perfect for downtown and beaches. We comfortably fit 8 people, but parking was the only issue. We fit 7 cars but had to strategically place them :-). Overall though awesome place for any large group.

Really excellent spot for a few families with young children. The location is great, the home is comfortable, and Kim was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The separate cottage is a very nice bonus.

Overall the property was nice and a great location. Pillows and mattresses old and stained. Living room and dining carpet stained. Couch and all seat cushions old and stained. Gas grill and yard tables rusted an unusable. Broken dish washer, and TV’s didn’t work. Washer and dryer in dingy cellar surrounded by spider and cobwebs. Sadly these are all things that can be fixed easily and this would be a great property

We had a wonderful stay! The yard was wonderful for our kids. If someone had children younger than ours, the lack of gates in the backyard could be a challenge. Beautiful neighborhood with ocean views and beach access that begged daily walks. Don’t go swimming on Easton’s Beach - the seaweed is gross and full of larva. Second Beach is a 5 min drive and stunning! Only bummer w the house was that the dishwasher in the main house was broken but we managed fine and we would stay again in heartbeat!

Our family and extended family loved our three day stay at your home. Beautiful house, very spacious and homey and super clean and well equipped. Near a beautiful beach and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything in downtown Newport

This home and cottage were a perfect stay for our weekend trip to Newport. The AC worked perfectly and kept us cool and host provided Beach towels which was a pleasant (and needed) surprise. It was in a convenient location and close to local beaches. It was easy and quick to call an Uber during our night out. Would definitely stay again!

Kim’s home was spacious and exactly as advertised. It was well maintained and clean, and had wonderful spaces to gather with the friends staying with me. Location was exactly what we were looking for. Kim was communicative and made checking in and out a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The comforters were stained. The mattresses were older than my oldest who is 12. They had foam on top of the mattresses which made for a sweaty sleep. The owner was nice and lived close by. We misplaced a key and she was close enough for us to go get one. We found the key after. There was a second cottage on the property and thats where my parents stayed. When I told her about the key situation she asked why the keys weren't together. It's a separate home! How would the other person get in and out when they wanted if the keys were together. Beautiful area. Way to expensive not worth it this time around.

Newport Stay
Property was great , close the beach and a very short drive to Thames St, Newport.
House was great specifically the detached guest house. Any questions I had pertaining to the property were answered extremely quick and the house included various amenities that are usually not included in a rental property.

Comfortable home
The house and cottage were perfect for our family in town for a wedding in Newport. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely and safe.

Amazing stay near Newport
Kim’s property is an amazing location just outside of Newport and a short walk to the beach! It’s a very comfortable beach cottage with an updated kitchen and a bonus back house with kitchen. We loved spending time on the screened porch or on the front steps with views of the ocean. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Great house, great location.
House is perfect for 6-7 adults. Living space is small but bedrooms are sizable and kitchen easy to work in! Ocean view is wonderful. There is no AC so if that is an issue for you, look on.

We absolutely loved our weekend away! The house was clean, had views of the water and was close to Newport. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again!

Wedding and Weekend at the Beach
We wanted a house close to the beach and wedding venue for a few friends. This house was perfect! It was in walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. it was big, many bathrooms with a great area to hand out. We loved the view of the water from the front step. We had a great time.

Lovely stay, great view/house
We loved the house. It was clean, in good condition and had great outdoor space. The view of the water is also beautiful, and it was a short drive into the downtown area. Just a heads up that you do have to sign a temporary lease before your stay (apparently a requirement for homes in the area). We didn't encounter any issues with it, but know this isn't necessarily the case for all houses so something to be aware of. Would stay here again!

Great property
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, and you can see the water from the front of the house. The guest cottage is especially good for groups that would like a little more room. It effectively gives the property two kitchens and the backyard is a great place for a group to hangout. Close enough to the main drag in Middletown to walk and getting a ride to Newport was no trouble. Owner was very responsive and the house had everything we needed.

Great Location/Neighborhood
Great location and access to Eastons Beach (an easy 10 min walk). 10 min drive to downtown Newport. House was in great condition and loved the extra cottage out back.

Main house and back cottage has plenty of space for 10-12 people. Great location-just far enough away to be in quiet neighborhood and close enough to everything Newport has to offer. Would stay there again. No air conditioning but had plenty of fans
