Staff was professional and nice.

Zagreb is a working city, and so is the hotel. It’s not like I was at a resort. Not the hotels fault.

Beautiful historic hotel with modern updates, friendly staff and very comfortable, large rooms.

The staff were helpful the minute we walked through the door, from parking our car, carrying suitcases to our room and service in general. Car was parked for us although we did have to pay a daily fee.

Evening meal options were limited but tasty. The restaurant was very very quiet.

my parents had anniversary. I booked this hotel as a present. they were fascinated. the staff went out of their way to make their stay exciting. There was a surprise champagne and chocolate in the room, which I had not ordered. Thanks!

We liked the building, the historical value of the building, the way it was renovated, the breakfast, especially the quality of the coffee, and the location for walking in the city.

The access by car is a nightmare, the parking of the car is a challenge, the way we were welcomed, the room was small and not very comfortable, the toilet was not clean, there was a lack of consistency throughout the experience.

After having to complain about the first room they gave us, they excelled with the 2nd room. Very gorgeous, clean, quality hotel. Superb location for a city visit. Great noise insulation from the bustling city. Comfy beds. Overall, a very nice visit.

In my opinion, BEST hotel in Zagreb. Has great charm and service. View is spectacular, ask for top floors.

The staff is very professional and attentive to the needs of the guests. They create very relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The room was superb. Despite the tram lines being under the windows, you hear very little outside noise. I also loved the attention to details in the rooms.
