The unit was huge for Covent Garden, newly renovated, clean, and had every amenity you could possibly want was inside. The location was just outside Covent Garden market and very close to 2 tube stations. It was a fantastic unit!

This is one of many apartment hotels managed by the company Sonder. You have to ask the company for any help instead of a landlord, so it can be slightly delayed and impersonal. I didn't have a UK sim card when I arrived and they had changed the access code while I was in transit. Luckily the family staying next door were very kind and helpful and allowed us to use their phone. The representative on the phone was helpful. Also I was denied early check in (by 2 hrs - 2pm requested vs 4pm standard check in) because "there is a guest before you", however our next door neighbors told us they hadn't seen anyone come by after the cleaners left 2 days prior, so that was disappointing to find out.
