Schoon en opgeruimd. Verder waren de medewerkers erg behulpzaam.

Er ontbrak een kapstok, en met een groep mensen is dat niet handig. De eigenaresse heeft mijn commentaar verwerkt en wellicht dat er nu wel een kapstok is.

Location, spacious accommodation, great beds.

The apartment is very tired with many problems with appliances. Many things non-functional. Kitchen equipment and basic maintenance equipment very poor, e.g. mismatched crockery, no broom, not even a dustpan and brush, etc. Heating control difficult and no instructions. Apartment not as clean as it should be. Ant infestation in kitchen and bedroom. Damp patches around the house.

Equipments, location between Euston/m crescent/ Kings Cross, availability and advices from host, and the house is beautiful. And the parc near by for kids

Tiny things but no big deal

Photos are accurate. Very clean. Private and peaceful flat. Very nice open plan communal space for the family. Would be nice to have the enclosed terrace in the basement In summer. Very pleasant, helpful hosts. When the heating was playing up they were understanding and arranged a visit within the hour to sort out the issue, in the Christmas - NewYear period. Good range of bathrooms for 6 people.

Bedrooms were cold and though the extra air heaters provided worked well, as it was winter, we didn’t always remember to warm up the rooms ahead of time. Only Netflix, no TV / cable which we hadn’t expected (though may have missed this in detail).

Nice looking property , lovely kitchen , front room and outside area.

The beds were very soft mattress which was a shame as they tried to put matress toppers on top of the cheap spring matress which made the beds even softer. And also a smell of damp down stairs and very muggy as not a lot of air circulation down stairs. The flat on whole was very warm even with windows and doors open
