Location was perfect

Fabulous staff

The location is superb for the things we wanted to do and see. The staff was so welcoming; the concierge very helpful; and the interior design is a delight. I also appreciated that they had a Pride flag hanging out front.

The only small details I can think of are that one of the two “flush” options on our toilet was non-functional, but it worked just fine. My friend cannot eat gluten and breakfast did not have quite as many options for her as she has experienced other places (without ordering something at an additional cost) but it worked just fine.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was yummy!

Great location, and very helpful staff. The bathroom was gorgeous and the heated floor was a lovely touch, great shower pressure as well.

Unnecessary use of plastic wrapped toilet roll and soap bar instead of a dispenser. Luxury should be sustainable. Also the full English breakfast proportion was very underwhelming, £32 for a full English which comes with half a sausage is criminal.

I like the location but I didn’t try the breakfast because it’s not included, should be included because the room rate is expensive at least they give free breakfast

I had booked a Twin room. Double bed on arrival…they sent housekeeping up to convert it into two beds but this took a good half hour and we were going out and it made things very rushed for us. I had stressed a TWIN room as sharing was with a daughter, not a partner.
