Customer service was fantastic and the location is excellent as I was travelling for a conference at the exhibition center

Lounge was broken and unable to use, the place was very dirty, mould in shower, food scraps on floor, doona had a multitude of unknown stains, walls had hand marks. The mattress on the bed was old and lumpy.

Great location, clean.

Sheets on the bed in main bedroom were a size small on the bed and didn’t fit around mattress

Bed wasn’t very comfortable hated the idea that we had to gain and return the key in a different location ( very painful and it was clunky ) and there was blood on our quilt

We couldn’t open the door at first and needed to call.

The varification didn’t work on my phone and I don’t have another device… caused a lot of stress The mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable with the springs.

Comfortable bed, good outlook across the city; kitchen had most things I needed,.

No staff on site that managed short-term stays;no key access on site; no luggage storage on site; shower floor very slippery when wet; train noise intrusive until very late at night;

Booked a 2 bedroom with sofa bed. Arrived no sofa bed and a single stained mattress with no linen. Contacted company at 3pm No response until 6pm suggesting we sleep on blankets as could not supply clean linen until the next day. Noting the person I spoke with was O/S. No follow up the next day Nothing Very Poor Customer Service Apartment right over rail yard so vey noisy. Finally they use another off site group you give your private details to and then pay $500 as a security deposit 14 days before and don’t receive it back until 7 days after. Hmmm whose making $$$ on this.
