Location. The staff was helpful and the seafood restaurant staff nearby were exceptionally helpful. The bakery was very nearby and had a very big selection.

The amount of work you had to do before leaving the apartment. Isn’t that what you hire your cleaners for. We are extremely neat people but having to bag the linen and take the rubbish out should be a part of the cost of renting the unit.

Two floor apartment, good equipped kitchen

Relatively small bathtub, sofa bed on the ground floor in the same space as the entrance, sleeping on the top floor sometimes too hot,

no breakfast, it was an apartment. Good location in the old part of the city so easy to walk to all points of interest. Car parking card was useful.

Layout of the apartment was unusual; bathroom & toilet on ground floor, living area on 1st floor and bedroom on a mezzanine level above that.

central location. easy to get to old city and the port area. Great to have to parking included in a very close local underground carpark. the Velux skylights allowed for fabulous ventilation of the air after a hot day. the kitchen, dining and lounge area was comfortable. having the infants school across the road meant no noisy neighbours in the evening. very close to good selection of restaurants. the clothes washing machine was a big plus for us. as was the good wifi.

as others have said the apartment is on three levels. with bathroom below and bedroom on the top. we would have appreciated instructions to operate the microwave. Clothes washing powder would have been appreciated. the upstairs bedroom was two separate beds pushed together. these were all pretty minor given the location

The apartment is in a quiet side street right in the historical center, very close to the old port, restaurants. It is clean and has its charm.

Appartement is on three floors: big bed is on mezzanine up, sofa that opens as another bed on the first floor and toilet/bath on ground floor. You inevitably pass the first floor on the way down. There is little space: bathroom, kitchen table to eat, place to store clothes. We were three and stayed for four nights only, so it worked. Three is really maximum it fits with luggage and clothes. The central location has its drawbacks: there is a bar just behind the corner, three nights out if four we were woken up throughout the night by people partying (loudly)

Location (close to the old port and the city center). Space (enough for family). Cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was no closet. The bathroom was not very spacious.

Everything else ... the location, the coziness of the living and sleeping areas, great facilities for a short stay, access to a car park, invaluable.

The ground floor was cold compared with the living areas. Apparently the main door will be changed soon, so that should help a lot.
