Amazing location for exploring La Rochelle. Right in the heart of things but surprisingly not noisy at night. Sebastion, who checked us in, was a font of knowledge about the city - places to eat, things to do/see and importantly how to safely ditch our car. We elected to use covered parking and pay for it. For the two days of our stay this was approx 17 euros which I think is excellent value for city parking. The apartment is a good size for two people. We used the kitchen and found it and the supply of crockery, glasses etc perfect for our length of stay and needs. The shower room was excellent as was the quality of the towels supplied.

Well I don't like walking up stairs and there are three flights to the apartment BUT this apartment wouldn't be the same without being up on the top floor so, in balance, the effort was worth it!!

This apartment is located in a central location, in the old town. it is near many restaurants and places of interest. The host explains everything you need to know in order to have a wonderful stay. The bed is comfortable and the unit tastefully renovated. All you need for a great stay is provided.

The best setup for an apartment we’ve experienced…..having been here already for 4 weeks in France, another 8 weeks ahead, it was exceptional. Quality bath towels were a bonus after 4 weeks traveling.

Ah ha! lots of stairs…… for a pair in their mid to late 70’s, good for keeping fit, just wish we were 30 years younger.

Sebastian, the owner, is charming and very helpful! A brilliant location in the middle of the the city with shops and restaurants all around. The super Saturday market is literally on the doorstep. The apartment has been designed very stylishly with a very comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is very well designed.

The host was great. The apartment is compact yet has just about everything you could want.

It would have been great to have more coffee. We stayed three nights and needed more pods. We bought some at the local market but they ended up not fitting the machine.
