The decoration , the bed and the location .

This place have no insonorisation inside the wall , you hear all it is happening beside your room . Second the bathroom was not that clean and have bad smell .

Super noisy, can ear the pipe from the neighbors and is conversation. We send a message o the fist night about the fire detector that was super annoying (beep every few mins) they came the day after didn't fix it and didn't even apologize.

Very cosy and quiet, Makes your stay feel like home. Great location!

It is very well decorated, Well located. I would buy the the condo (But I would fix a couple of things...). Thers was a man there to help us since we did not read the instructions carefully, this man, as well as the lady over the phone were both very nice and helpful. Instructions were a bit heavy but very understandable for this type of place.

The building is being renovated which is not a problem at all. However, there is a sign on the entrance apologising for the inconvenient, but did not tell to use another door. This would have been extremely useful. Also, on the confirmation email, there were a lot of rules and warnings about not smoking in the room, no parties etc... it's normally a good sign of how well maintained the room must be. Howerver, it could be better. The fridge/sink/stove unit doesn't work and the ice in the fridge have melted and totally soaked the small mat in front of it, we discovered it with the splash of water when we stepped on it. And obviousely, somebody in the past thought it was a good idea to smoke in the bathroom... hoping the vent would work.... And no! the vent doesn't work so it's smells cigarette in the bathroom. If your looking for a romantic place, and you do not plan to make noise, it's a good place for you. But in a romantic weekend, some noises are not alway easy to control... So when you can hear your neighbours opening a beer can, You really need to be quiet. Also, to help the cleaning person, we removed all the bed sheets and towels to put them all at the same place, easy to take out. We noticed the matress cover... I should not have done that. Now that I think about it, the instructions said to place all the towels in the bath before we leave, but no word about the sheets... I know why.
