Fantastic

My band Tundra played at a number of venues in Puerto del Carmen and therefore the property had to accommodate 5 of us each with our own room. I am glad to say we were not disappointed. The pool was a welcome wind down and the sea front was only 10 minutes walk away. Lynne and her husband where very welcoming and as they also own a bar and restaurant on the front invited us to sample there delicious food. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Our stay was fine location good, but villa very tired and therefore looking like it dirty and it prob not. Stayed in different villa the previous year same price but way ahead. This urgently needs TLC to bring back up to standard.

Absolutely disgusted!!! I booked this property for my whole family and I have given them all refunds as I was so ashamed of booking this place! I asked the owner to part refund by was told no!!! There was no kettle or toaster in the annex- we had babies who heavily relied on needing sterile bottles. The host said she’d drop one off and one arrived a day before we left?? Absolutely shocking! There was an ant infestation in the annex and the owner said she’d bring ant spray....nothing was bought? The annex was unbearable heat, no fan in twin bedroom! We asked for fans and yet again .....nothing!!!! The place was filthy! The smell from the bathrooms was just unbearable, smelled of raw sewage? Broken beds with slats missing! Toilet broke! Filthy sheets! Ripped sheets! We all came home bitten to death and suspect bed bugs as we didn’t see any mosquitoes! The bites travelled and left a swollen line which when I investigated swayed to be more than likely “bed bug” bites. Pool freezing and was told it would be heated- babies were unable to use!!! I have never complained or left a bad review anywhere, but I have no choice but to do so on this horrendous occasion! The owner didn’t accommodate us, and we were totally ignored our whole holiday! We know the emails were received as the kettle got delivered a day before we left??? What good is that? Absolutely shocking inconsiderate and disrespectful! I feel responsible to my whole family and have decided to refund them all!! The owner knows this she disregards any trouble we have had! Please beware!!! There’s lots of much nicer properties around the area!!!

The property itself is a great location and yes it's dated but that is not an issue. The annex was extreamly hot with 2 fans that did nothing. We did get given another 2 fans however just upgrading the current ones would help. The sheets were dirty on arrival and the internet did not work during our stay despite asking for help numerous occasions. Pool was Lovley but cold and when we requested it to be heated we were told there was a extra charge.....this is not listed in the advert for the property. The kitchen is well equipped and bed are comfortable. The annex door is extreamly temperamental and I note this has been commented on before. A few minor changes would help.

great accomadation , great location , pool was good for the children , plenty of space for everyone . This villa was ideal for our family holiday would definately stay here again . Shops and bars , beach only 5 minutes walk . Thanks for a holiday to remember .

Villa is very spacious and in a brilliant location. I had read the reviews and noticed that a lot of people mentioned it needing a refurbishment. It certainly does, it also desperately needs new towels and bedding as they are very old. I feel that a little bit of money spent on the contents of this villa could massively improve it.

Good villa . Nice and clean and lovely to be able to accommodate 10 people. Annexe is ok, but no aircon so gets a bit warm. Overall a good place to stay for a large group. Thanks for hassle free stay

2 families stayed at the villa . Ideal for what we wanted. Any issues were dealt with swiftly by the owner.

Good location and good size could do with a good refurbishment

Second time in this villa, and will be renting again. Great villa, great location.

The location of the villa is ideally situated with bars, beach and Lidl within short walking distance. Property clean and well equipped with the BBQ central to the two separate parts of the accommodation. Pool didn't warm up all week however when queried an electrian did vist but it didn't get to temperature before we left and we weren't charge for this. The dish washer needs replacement just doesn't work tried every combination of buttons and turns. We managed to break a door key and Lynne was round with the hours resolve the situation which was great service.. I would recommend anyone to stay here especially if two families as the separate accommodation work well for individual space when needed. We would consider a return visit in the future. Great location and great size villa

We stayed over Christmas 2018 we had a great holiday the villa is a great location and has plenty of room . We arrived early and left all our luggage while the villa was still been cleaned . As previous occupants have stated it is ready for bathrooms and kitchen refurbishment. Our first problem was there were insufficient towels for the 10 guests I requested these twice but they never arrived. I messaged Lynne prior to arrival to enquire if pool towels were provided but got no reply so we only packed limited and also needed these as they are not provided. The dishwasher has no operating instructions and no indications on the buttons or dial so was guess work but couldn't use anyway as the tablet compartment is broke and doesn't release the tablet .The oven the couple of times we used it lets more heat out than cooks with as the seal is broke.Lots of the crockery had large chips. Towards the end of the week the downstairs bathroom in main villa did smell. Another problem was the annexe lock is faulty and twice we were locked out with keys phones etc inside the door not actually locked by key but he lock jamming.We had to walk to Lynne's bar on the strip to get keys to reopen, not far but not convenient. Unfortunately we also experienced cockroaches in the annexe bathroom and kitchen there was spray available to deal with them ,not experienced this indoors for decades abroad. Also the toilet that was being repaired when we took occupation later in the day was still constantly filling the tank and made for a noisy nights sleep in the annexe. Lynne did provide on request a Christmas tree that was appreciated re we had young children. Overall we had a good holiday as wouldn't allow things to spoil it but points made need addressing.

Plenty of room inside and out for 10 people. Main villa sleeps 6, and the annex sleeps 4. Ideal for two families, with both having kitchen and lounge areas. Excellent outdoor areas, with plenty of seating and sun beds. We had a late checkout which was great because we had a late flight. Owner checked in on us during the week to make sure everything was ok, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend, and visit again.

We stayed for 10 days 2 families one with kids aged 6 and 8 and one 18months 6 and 11. The layout was perfect for 2 families all the facilities were there and the pool was great, would highly recommend to all families, fantastic holiday.

Felt instantly at home here. I really like that it is not overly modern and minimalistic so that you are continually worrying what the children are touching Loads of space for all the family and a couple of spots where you can have a quite few minutes from them! The pool cover needs bolting down, the wind blew the whole reel into the pool twice.
