The location was good. Sleeper coach was good. Washing machine was good.

The matress in bedroom was really poor. Kitchen window didnt have blind and was very dirty. Floor in main bedroom was sticky.

The bedroom is very small. You need to squeeze around the bed to get to the bathroom.

The location was the reason for the stay, the accommodation was as described with the shower having excellent pressure.

Nothing realy but it should be noted that to get to the bathroom you have to pass through the bedroom.

Great location. All equipped, everything needed for pleasant stay. This is inside old building but all in good condition.

We arrived late at night and there where some troubles to initiate the outside locker (need to press with the palm) and there was no reply from property phone. Got help from the kind neighbor hotel stuff.

Nice flat. Had all we needed in a compact space. Do note this is a first floor walk up In case you have heavy luggage. Everything else was exactly as advertised.

The bed is not comfy. As we 4 people it would be better to have a sofa bed that will add more comfort to guests.

Brilliant little apartment in a great area. Nice and bright, cozy and comfortable. Great shower and plenty of hot water, very comfy bed settee. Really enjoyed our stay.

When I arrived I had a problem with getting into the main door to the building. Using code given door would not open. Was let in by other tenants in the building. Same problem later that evening and another tenant also tried with entry code, took 15-20 minutes to access building. Phoned & reported. Next day and onwards no problem.

The apartment had EVERYTHING that one would want for a longish stay. Centrally located; stone's throw from lovely Regent Park which is just beautiful for healthy walks. Baker street is a 5 minute walk where one is spoilt for choices of restaurants, fast food, etc. Tesco, Sainsbury very close by. The bus stops near the apartment and even the underground station just 3 minutes away made local travel in London a breeze. We just loved the apartment and i will definitely stay there again if i can. All said and done, great place to stay in London with a responsive estate manager Mr Eric who was easy to reach on Whatsapp.

The refrigerator was disappointing; is small without a freezer; cant store any ice creams!!. The kitchen is really small, though fully equipped. More cutlery and plates should be made available for the guests. The dryer looks odd as it is placed in the central room. The main door opens into the kitchen so i got the shock of my life when i entered the first time because the living room and bedroom were not visible as they were behind the main door!! But dont worry, you will get used to it. I request that more hangers be provided in the cupboards. Also i found quite a few bulbs not working in the apartment which should have been replaced before i entered the apartment. One suggestion i can offer is to move the dryer into the kitchen replacing the small refrigerator and install a new normal double door refrigerator in the living room replacing the dryer there. Also sufficient toilet paper, hand wash etc shld be made available in the apartment so that we need not call for refills. Finally, the hot water in the shower is a bit erratic, hot water turns cold suddenly; kindly pls check and fix this.

Thought the bed and bedding could be better quality, and sofa could be upgraded. Also having a dryer in the sitting area was strange, there are very good combination washer/dryers. But these are only suggestions for improved service not criticisms as we were satisfied.

This apartment is perfect for a few nights away. Clean and had all the essentials you would need. Location is fantastic, nice safe area and short walking distance to two tube stations (Baker St and Marylebone) communication from host/owner has been excellent. Check in easy and simple. I would book up this apartment again. Good value for money and ideal accommodation for up to 4 people. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family visiting the city, it’s ideal!
