Central location, communication with owner was great. Perfect for our long weekend. Could use some upgrades but not a deal breaker.

While sparse, the house had everything we needed, communication with the owner was easy and simple. Great place in terms of location, parking, etc.. we would stay here again.

Four families were meeting up for a weekend getaway and this house was perfect. We were originally planning on going in August, but Covid caused us to reschedule. We were worried about visiting a “beach town” in November, but we were able to turn it into an early Christmas weekend and the house was perfect for our cozy Christmas activities. The host was also very flexible on a couple different things which was SO very appreciated. The only star I took off was because we found a few items under beds that cleaners had missed, but if we hadn’t needed to retrieve toys from under there we never even would have known. The rest of the house was very clean.

Beds and couch were very very comfortable. -bonus points Instructions were a little difficult or none at all. Why is there never enough toilet paper in any rental. It’s cheap compared to the fees we pay. Toilet plugged and plunger was difficult to find.

I would definitely rent this house again. It was just as advertised. The property manager was responsive (had an issue for which they needed to run over and were very timely). The location is close to town and convenient to shopping. The street is a VERY busy street which was fine but backing out of the driveway was downright hazardous a few times so just be careful. Would not change my decision to rent again just something to be aware of. And, for wine country, you need more than four wine glasses! Super minor thing but I did drink wine out of a Solo cup over the weekend. :)

We had family coming in to visit and need additional space. This was perfect! It was within walking distance to us and the place had everything they needed. First and foremost, it was clean! My mom is very picky, and she enjoyed her stay - that says a lot! The contact-less check-in process was super fast and easy. We will definitely be booking again the next time they all come to visit.

This place met our needs. We were looking for a house that had no stairs for my mother-in-law and it was perfect. The kitchen is minimally stocked but workable. If you plan on doing any cooking you’re going to need to bring spices and containers to store food in the refrigerator. Shower had great water pressure. A few lights needed to be changed and wasn’t sure how to get the garbage disposal to work. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of parking. We were a 6 minute drive to Cal Poly. We would stay here again. Thank you!!

Great weekend stay for three couples. Plenty of space, clean, and just what we needed.

This house was perfect for us while we were in SLO to visit our son at Cal Poly. The location was great and easy access to campus and downtown shops and restaurants. The house was very clean, kitchen had what we needed (it was missing a wine bottle opener that we did buy and left there), and beds were comfortable.

What a wonderful little part of SLO right off the trail! New place is a studio above the garage. Well-stocked and everything was great. Christina is amazing and helpful and such a sweet host. They were very "COVID-careful" and had windows open for us when we arrived.

The apartment was clean, well stocked and close to downtown. Plenty of restaurants to pick up take out nearby. Nice stay!
