very very nice staff. Ali was very helpful and explained all my questions. I love the hotel breakfast. We had a very nice rooms.

Staff spoke enough English to get by, the breakfast was decent enough, the rooms were clean. Laundry service was fast, although not free.
Parking in their underground lot is crowded and a giant mess. Some of the staff are rude or grumpy. Price was too high for the quality of rooms and service. Restaurant was staffed by a friendly older blonde woman and a very unfriendly angry younger brunette woman. Some of the restaurant items were also poorly cooked or just a waste of money and complete trash. Our room cost 82-85 euros a night, 90 euros in total, stayed two different times for 2 days. Should've cost maybe 50-60 euros a night, if not less...Balcony view showed us ugly construction yards...

The weather
The broke bed, no pool open despite advertising a pool and listing it as one of the facilities when booking. The constant key cards breaking, the loud dogs and cats barking at night. The beds being hard as a rock, the staff not caring about any of this at all! Getting electric shocks all over the room too?? The awful view of a building site across from the hotel, and finally the doors in the apartment which cannot even keep out the noise of the wind.

The hotel is very comfortable and the apparments are clean and cozy. We lived in a large appt with lots of kitchen amenities and all the staff necessary for comfortable living. Great multi-level underground parking. The breakfast was nutritious and tasty. I am sure that I would stay at this hotel as soon as I visit Izmir next time.
Wifi was not working when we were staying at the hotel. Also there was no door to the shower cabin. Everything else was exceptionally good.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable, sink was old, tap was not working sometimes, bath gutter was not working, flush noise was so much that baby would wake up, internet was unsmooth. Was disconnecting again and again. The view was bad, there was some construction work going on just below the apartment we got. Google maps location for entrance was incorrect.

There was a cafe, a restaurant, and a shop nearby the hotel, so in principle it was possible to find something to eat. The staff are very nice and helpful.
I chose the apartment because I was thinking about cooking but in the end there were no kitchen utensils.
I didn't like the location very much.

The receptionist and bellboy Atabert were very helpful and made a smooth check in. We loved the room with equipped kitchen and washing machine.

They dont let you order food from outside und you should just buy food from hotel Restaurant and that Restaurant was very bad

I had 3 different rooms here. The hotel wild dogs barking constantly at night. Moved rooms that overlooked building site and they had land drill going all night which didn’t mix well with the dog barking. 3rd room slightly better but again dog barking so loud. Need a car to go anywhere

Good place to stay a night during transit. Free parking place in the underground parking. The building offers a mini market, restaurant and a pool.

No explanation of facilities upon check in . Everything had to be prompted. After couple of days realized that you have to actually ask for apartment to be cleaned

Modern facilities, new, with swimming pool, coffee house and restaurant. Room is clean and staff is efficient. Parking is easy
Parking in their private garage for free is easy, but driving there through the busy and narrow two-way street in front of it is not that easy.

About 8min walk from apartment is metro station Sanaiy. You can get to centre, sea, aiport. There is cash mashine just by apartment. You can order take away food from restaurant, cafe to bring you to your apartment. There is a shop in the apartment area.
If you want cook in the apartment there is not enough utensils for cooking. We have to say to reception to bring us more utensils. Also there are paper walls. You can hear your neighbours.
One day we wanted clean apartment but cleaners didnt come. Industrial area.
