Modern Hotel. Nice breakfast.
Location is not really near much.
Housekeeping needs to (1) pay attention to what they find (and remove from) inside the room. We were three guests in one room. And, daily, we returned to discover too few sheets and towels and toiletries because housekeeping removed more than what they replaced. And (2) housekeeping should NOT 'adjust' the interior room temperature. They should NOT unplug the electrical service room card. They should NOT open (nit leave open) guest room windows. Nor should they adjust the thermostat!! Unacceptable!!

Nice staff, breakfast and rooms
I booked the hotel because of their spa, but nothing worked. The sauna, the steam room, the salt room was closed and the spa area with the pool was dirty and with no towels or personal to ask for help in the whole floor with the spa. It was only a cold pool, that’s was it.

.SPA was closed. One of the reasons i booked is to try the face skin care they offer. Due to wedding maybe it was closed Sat and Sun.
. Comparing with all other hotels in same level or better in same location it's overrated 145 euro Per night.
İ recommend in İzmir to stay in Konak or downtown. İt's small city transportation by taxi is easy no traffic to be near to airport or fair ground.
Usually with 145 Euro you expect more cleaning and hygiene stuff in the bathroom like a tooth cleaning kit. Shaving kit. İ have my own just. Telling

I liked staff members. They work diligently. I liked the location that worked for us: close to the airport and Optimum mall. Breakfast was very good. A staff member suggested to go to nearby family restauraunt Lezzeti A'la where we ate fantastic food for very reasonable price.
I didn't like the fact that the room on the 2nd floor was stinking sigarette smoke. I didn't like the AC system which was noisy and fan was blowing to any of the beds in the room at all positions. No fresh air from the system. Although room and corridors are very roomy, fixtures such as doors and handles were creaking.

The staff lied on WhatsApp that we will be able to help you by giving early checkin. That was the only reason I booked this hotel but when we reached hotel the staff said that we will charge you one extra day. shame for lying. never again to this hotel
very stingy hotel. Charged hell of money but did not want to give facilities. Air condition did not work properly. Only gave one duvet for family of 5. The towels provided were so old that no one will like to use it. 250ml of water was charged for £5. Very expensive. staff lies to book you and later Denis that they never promised it. when showed them whatsapp conversation they refuse to honour it

Quit, you can reach a big mall within 5 min wake.
Away 16 km feom the city center.
The room size was big, and clean. Breakfast on the 4th floor.was great as well.

Beautiful Hotel 20min from the Airport. Very modern rooms, quiet and big. We liked it very much.
Unfortunatly, nobody said hello at the restaurant!? :-( We said many times good morning, but nobody of the stuff answered.. This is a no-go for a hotel.

Excellent hotel, very helping staff, spacious room. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. Great location for those who have a car and want to visit the villages around. 3 min walking from Emporium mall. 20 min from center- Alsancak and Konak. Will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit Izmir again.
