GREAT location n Villa

too expensive

Location is great , amazing nature view especially during sunset , the pool was amazing too, staff were so helpful and polite especially Mr. Abnoub was very professional, decent, flexible and helpful all the time, we really enjoyed our stay.

All ACs was very loud and need minor maintenance, no trash baskets inside the bedrooms which are very important, grill area needs water source and maintenance, finally lagoon water and beach is not so clean, not recommended for swimming.

very nice villa at the end of the lagoon and overlooking the Gouna airport runway. Service provided by Abanoub was exceptional. He managed to buy a brand new fridge (during holidays) because the old one kind of exploded the day we arrived. Also sent us a cleanliness team compliments of the house.

The villa could use some more accessories to make guests' stay more comfortable. Side/reading lamps next to the beds and softer lighting in some of the bedrooms would be nice. Waste baskets in all bedrooms and living room would be convenient and enough A/C remote controls would also be appreciated. some rugs/ carpets would add more warmth as well. We used the pool but not the heater. the grill on the side of the pool could use some maintenance. Also a source of water (tap) to clean the pool area would be good.

due to the sandy weather the house was a bit dusty

really it was fantastic trip and we very happy me and my family

I think the bathrooms needs some Maintenace and cleaning but I haven’t time to tell anybody

Lack of equipment in the kitchen (only 3 knives for a house who can attend 9 persons ...)
