Very clean, 5 min walk to transit station, comfortable beds, air conditioning, lots of space to spread out.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the washer/dryer. May be helpful to have some instructions. Couldn’t make the dryer work so have damp clothes in suitcase :)

An amazing stay with an outstanding host. The apartment is superb. Everything you need is available. EVERYTHING as if you were at the comfort of your own home. You can get in the apartment using Key Codes. That’s very convenient especially for late check ins. The metro station is very close , around 5 mins walking distance and you could get about anywhere in the city so easily. Bobby is just the best host you could ever meet. He made sure everything we needed was provided. Thank you so much Bobby. We hope to see you again soon.

Cleanliness, great location, and the amenities

Location

The Residence surpassed all of our expectations: 1) It is well located outside the city center of Vienna. With the metro U4 line, with the streetcars or with the S-Bahn 45 and 50 (all stations within 400-500m from the front door) one can be anywhere in Vienna in 15-20 minutes, without ANY stress. It is also close to some busy streets, so easy to get a taxi. Important to notice, inside the apartment there is NO noise from the streets. Grocery store and pharmacy are also close by. Finally, it is walking distance from Schoenbrunn palace and its Gardens and there are at least 3 good playgrounds in the neighborhood for those with little kids (and a lot of energy to spend). 2) The apartment has a modern decoration and new furniture and appliances. We found it super clean, everything: baths, kitchen, linen and towels. TV and Internet (Wi-Fi) super nice. A Nespresso machine is there, too. Finally, we faced some really hot summer days, so the balcony to the garden, and the air conditioning were both life-savers. We could enjoy a nice bottle of wine outside and come back inside and sleep at comfortable 20oC. 3) The plus is the manager and whoever personnel you find. Bobby was incredibly helpful, available, willing to help in every aspect. He greeted us in the most perfect way at arrival, he helped us find a babysitter on a short notice, and arranged a doctor when we (unfortunately) needed. He provided all advice, etc, etc, etc. In short, we definitely recommend this place and will be back as soon as we can.

There is a shared washing and drying machine for clothes (both are new!). Twice, may be, we needed to manage the "competition" to use them with other guests. Not really an issue, at all!!.

Very well renovated property, with necessary amenities. Excellent location, steps from the palace. Grocery shops around, minutes walk to bakeries to buy breakfast. Management replied promptly to any inquiries.

Everything was exceptional from the location to the accommodation. The coffee machine is an added bonus for me😉. Very beautiful, quiet location and comfortable, I hope to come again.

Beds, facilities, kitchen all in all excellent place to stay with kids. Schonbrune palace and zoo are on walking distance, city center easily reachable with ubahn/metro.

Room entrance code was so big, you needed all ghe time to look on phone :)

The host should make sure to emphasize which apartment is booked by pictures to avoid unnecessary awkwardness

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable and the owner was helpful. We loved the location within easy walking distance to Shonbrunn, restaurants, shops, and the metro.

We loved that we had access to a washer and dryer but it was a bit frustrating that loads that others in the building also wanted to use it at the same time.

No microwave, could not use TV beyond basic channels, washer/dryer usually occupied so needed to do hand laundry

The apartment was very nice, easy access to shops and public transport.

It could use more washing machines. Only have 1 machine between 14 apartments is ridiculous. I did not enjoy having to get up at 4 - 5am just to be able to use the washing machine.

everything was perfect

The windows are dangers for children. we spent 4 days and they didn’t clean until we checked out.

Contact with owner was perfect. Everything was arranged in a good way.

Owner allowed us to get a later check out for free and he got aligned with cleaning service, what was very nice. Anyway cleaning service came around 10 am, while we were sleeping and they were asking us to check out now. I just explained to her that we are allowed to stay. There was a small barrier in communication, but we managed to be on the same page after couple of minutes :)
