Que el baño no tuviera una división en la habitación. Que no hubiera muchas opciones de restaurantes o tiendas de conveniencia cerca.

The property is charming with communal hammocks and swimming pool. The beds were decently comfortable, balcony was quaint. You can order pizza to the room from a nearby restaurant which came in handy one night. There is a communal kitchen that's full stocked which is nice for making your own food.

The property is very cute however the pool is a lot smaller than the photos make it appear to be and the view is not as great as photographed. There was a lot of construction happening on the property as well as next to it so it was difficult to relax by the pool or on a hammock with all the noise. There are also only a couple of pool chairs, not enough to accommodate everyone staying on site. The bathroom was pretty small, especially for a room booked for 4 people. The location is a bit far out from the town, not really within walking distance of anything, so need to rely on tuk tuks which can sometimes be difficult to flag down.

Hice una reserva para 9 personas, cuándo hice la reserva ENTENDÍ que estaba rentando una casa ÚNICAMENTE para mi familia, que era una casa completa con 2 dormitorios dónde dormiríamos los 9 juntos y una de esas habitaciones tenía varias camas (lo que yo entendí como habitación compartida), pero no! Nos dieron 1 Bungalow entero para 5 personas muy bonito sí, 1 suite para 3 personas con una vista muy linda al Lago, pero otras 2 personas tuvieron que dormir en una habitación compartida (TIPO HOSTEL) quice hablar con su dueño para negociar que todos pudiéramos quedarnos en la misma casa juntos o por lo menos los que estaban en la habitación compartida durmieran con nosotros en el Bungalow entero aunque durmieramos incómodos, pero el señor tajantemente y enojado dijo que eso NO era posible. Quizá que el dueño sea alemán lo hace una persona muy cuadrada y poco negociante (con un latino el problema lo hubiésemos solucionado fijo). Le reclamé diciéndole que eso era un Hostel (no una casa o alojamiento privado completo) y él insiste en que no es un Hostel (a mí me parece todo lo contrario). De hecho la segunda noche ingresaron otra huésped más a la hibitación compartida que era poco aseada y hacía mucha buya interfiriendo con el descanso de los demás. El lugar tiene una vista linda de los amaneceres en el Lago, pero a la piscina le hace falta mantenimiento. Les explico todo esto para que no pasen un mal rato como nosotros.

Location was at least a 30 minute walk from the centre of town, tuk tuks often didn’t want to drive so far :(

The dorm is very spacious and comfortable. The pool area has a gorgeous view and the pool is clean. There is also a great outside kitchen to cook or prepare food. I also like that it is a bit out of the centre so it’s very peaceful, but also only a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute tuktuk ride, so still very accessible. Lobo is very friendly and attentive. I originally booked 4 nights and I’ve extended another 3 nights because I didn’t want to leave!

Great accommodation just outside of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro. It was a tranquil and quiet location that was an easy walk into town. It is very noisy in San Pedro so this is a great spot for those looking for some peace. The dorm room was big with a great shower. The views and pool were spectacular!!! There is a great Italian restaurant and cafe close by. The owner was very helpful.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum relaxen ein - perfekt, um dem wuseligen San Pedro zu entkommen. Schon morgens oder nach einem Ausflugstag im Pool zu schwimmen ist einfach herrlich. Für uns war es perfekt, dass die Lage etwas außerhalb war, mit dem TukTuk kommt man problemlos hin und her. Das Personal und der Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Cappuccino zum Frühstück war sehr lecker! Auch den Italiener ca. 200 Meter entfernt können wir sehr empfehlen. Für uns ein super gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
