Staff confusion over payment matters

-Convenient location: 5 minute walking distance from Fortress Hill MTR station and bus routes on the main road - Although my room was on 2/F above the street,it was very quiet and my sleep was not disturbed by street noise at all -A very comfortable bed (good,firm mattress) with feather pillows -Starbucks coffee is directly next to Shama and other restaurants within walking distance too -Clean,decent budget accommodation suitable for tourists and/or business travellers -Room includes an electric kettle,complimentary coffee,tea and water -Toiletries are provided too,but no bathrobe -Accepts cash/credit card payment

-Although marketed as "serviced apartments",it is essentially a room with an en-suite bathroom,so not ideal for families,but very good for solo travellers/couples on a budget -No room service/restaurant on site

Toilet water smelling and Noise because close to main road

The location is relatively convenient as It takes around 5 minutes walk from MTR, either from North Point or Fortess Hill. However, it's not ideal for those who have big luggage or any wheels to reach the lobby. There are only staircases for guests to reach the lobby from the street and also staircases again from lobby to the guest lifts. The room is neat and clean. It's not big but acceptable with such rate.

I would suggest the staff introducing the membership program as well as any special offers from the group especially when repeated guest staying in. The sound proof in the room is not very good as i could always hear the noise from neighbors or upstairs guests.

Corridor smell bad

I read most of the negative comments before I booked, I guessed you would too. So I had expected the slope and the staircase up before I arrived at the front door; I expected the room to be small too . What surprised me was their services, very attentive, I even got a foldable table just to work on my laptop comfortable, the gym was far better than you can imagine. If they could allow me to open the window that will be excellent.

The air conditioning. I like to open windows to sleep. Special case.

Location was convenient with the tram stop just moments away and a short walk to the MTR. Nearby are lots of eateries, supermarkets, convenience stores and more.

Our room had a slightly weird smell, like feet. It was the only bad thing about the bed, which was otherwise comfortable and easy to sleep in.
