An excellent villa about 10 minutes walk to the beach, superb facilities, huge double bed in main bedroom, plenty of hot water, all the BBC AND ITV channels when the weather turned wet. Pool a lot warmer than those Baltic un heated ones in February. Beautifully cleaned regularly. Lidl nearby to stock the BBQ and reception sorted a taxi for our return. We will be back

Spotless - 2 visits from cleaners in 1 week - pool cleaner 3 visits - never had cleaners and change of towels on 1 week self catering stay before. Great location quiet in day - but easy access to supermarket and the strip of a night.

There was no double bed.Single beds were pushed together. Not good on the back. It said heated pool but it was not very warm.

The pool is the big plus, location also very good for walking to front, shops etc.

Privacy with neighbouring villa could be improved.

Villa Neptune was nothing like the pictures on the website. We booked this because the pool looked amazing. However when we got there, the pool was a massive disappointment. Around the edges where dirty and we were told it was just old paint. The pool wasn't heated, the door handle was broke. When we complained we were told we should be putting the pool cover on when we are not using it. Im sorry but it should be heated regardless. We asked to be moved and we were told it was up to the UK office to decide that. We knew nothing was going to get sorted by the way the receptionist spoke to us. We paid alot of money for a villa and heated pool that we didn't even want to get into. I have since complained to booking.com to be told there is nothing they can do.

The villa was spacious, a great kitchen and clean facilities. The star of the show is the outdoor area, with a perfect sheltered table setup, comfy sun loungers (with provided towels) and the pool is perfect. The hosts also let us come and spend the afternoon at their resort whilst we waited for our flight. Would definitely stay again.

Pool very cold supposed to be heated told them but they said it was 26 degrees but I have always rented villas with heated pools and never once have they been that cold never will rent villa from them again

private pool and short distance from large supermarket but yet far enough away from main strip to enjoy a quiet stay.

No AC, no basics in property like salt pepper or sink utensils. toaster also needs replacing! privacy fence needs to be installed on left hand side of property also.

Villa is dated. No air conditioning. Screening between villas should be improved. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Location is very good. Excellent access to the main strip. Spacious house. Very well equipped. Delighted to see UK TV channels - consider including Irish TV channels. Heated pool and outdoor space are all excellent. Garden furniture is excellent. Must mention the staff. Reception staff, cleaning staff and pool staff are all truly excellent - attention to detail is outstanding. Well done to all. Hope to return in the future….

While the property was very comfortable, staff were excellent and we were very pleased with our stay - a few suggestions….. Property needs at least one walk-in power shower and some safety handrails in baths. Would prefer modern duvets with white sheets and duvet covers and modern headboards in either wood or leather. Please provide a few stools at the kitchen island for eating at the counter. Increase privacy between the three villas and the road, heighten and strengthen the fences.

Location was very good only 10 min walk to beachfront. Spacious property with lovely heated pool. Hosts very accommodating as we had a late flight they gave us a later check out time & then allowed us to use their hotel facilities until our departure to the airport

Nothing only could have supplied miniature toiletries on arrival
