Schöner eingezäunter Garten und geräumige Terrasse zum Grillen oder Entspannen mit Ihrem Lieblingsgetränk. Hohe Decken, wunderschöne Holzböden, viel Tageslicht und schöne Möbel. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten. Zwei Badezimmer. Große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Speisekammer und neuen Geräten. Komplette Wäscherei machen dies perfekt für längere Aufenthalte. The minute to walk into this house it feels like home. Beautiful and comfortable. Great hosts. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit to Prescott. Deserves 10 stars.

This house was more spacious and larger than expected. It had charming decor and the location can't be beat for downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. No car needed. I would recommend this place!

The house was clean, comfortable, very roomy, well-decorated and exceptionally well kept up. It was just a joy to come back to after doing some touristy things. The owners were easy to reach and concerned that everything was as expected. The location was mixed residential and commercial. There was a place called “Founding Fathers” right across the street. It was a combination barber shop, coffee shop and brew pub. Very cool. I was a bit concerned about noise, but there was none. They closed early in the evening. Probably the best thing was the location — just two and a half blocks from the corner of Gurley and Montezuma — the corner of Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square. My favorite places, the Palace and Lone Spur Cafe were an easy walk. Going away from Gurley takes you to a nice trail along Granite Creek. If you want an exceptionally nice and roomy place that is centrally located in Prescott, you can’t do better.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love it! Deborah is a wonderful host. The location is amazing...steps from Founding Fathers Collective, and a few minutes walk from downtown. The property is very clean and had everything we needed. We can t wait to stay again!

This house is adorable and was in the perfect spot in town. Lots of restaurants nearby for meals and across the steeet from Founding Fathers Collective.
The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked with basic spices, and a full size fridge with icemaker.

What a great weekend! My husband and I with 2 of our friends stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. The house was great, exactly as described and just a short walk to Whiskey Row. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Deborah's comfortable home for one week, during which we experienced two mild snowstorms. The location of the home was perfect, as we could walk everywhere near Courthouse Plaza and didn't have to worry about driving. The home was cozy, warm and the kitchen and other amenities were great for staying inside and enjoying the weather outside. Deborah was a great host, making sure everything was ready for our arrival and even checking in with us to make sure that all was well during the snowstorms. We highly recommend the home to anyone wanting to experience the charm of old town Prescott.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and quiet but very close to downtown. There are some businesses across the street which were convenient for food and coffee in a pinch. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time in this very spacious VRBO. The location was perfect. 5 min walk to The Courthouse, shops, bars, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. We already booked for next year.

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving here with our college grandsons. The kitchen is up to date and well equipped. The outdoor grill is super. We grilled steaks, baked fish, made pancakes, All good! And only 2 blocks from the best restaurants Prescott has to offer. This house is simply delightful and gets my wholehearted recommendation.

The proximity to nearby venues, food and entertainment allowed for us to walk to everything we needed.The owners were great to work with and quick to respond yo any questions we had. First time staying here. Hostess was very accommodating. House is adorable and very clean. Very easy walk to Whiskey Row. FYI main Bathroom is a separate from the master bedroom which. I would recommend and stay there again.

Great stay! It was super clean and comfortable inside. Easy walk to downtown and Founding Fathers. Perfect little house for 2 couples (and kids if you use the sofa sleeper). The deck off the back was nice for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.

This house is amazing - better than the pictures even!!! It was immaculate, and the decor was so beautiful!! The location is perfect to whatever you might want to do. One of the best houses I have ever stayed it. Communication was great and quick. A return stay for sure!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. So nice not to have to find parking in the downtown area. The home was clean and decorated so tastefully. We used both the front and back yards to relax in the morning and afternoon. So nice to have 2 bathrooms and so much space to spread out. Lots of closet and storage space. In addition, the hosts were so communicative and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again!!
