Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobre wyposażenie i wygodne łóżka. Mieszkanie przestronne i zadbane. Wszystkie niezbędne naczynia są na miejscu, łazienka w dobrym standardzie.

Niska ocena wynika ze względu nieuczciwe podejście do wynajmujących, brak wyrozumiałości oraz jasnej polityki wobec klienta co sprawiło nam ogrom stresu podczas wyjazdu. Z tego powodu na ostatnią musiałem domówić kolejne zakwaterowanie dla jednej osoby w zupełnie innym lokalu, które koniec końców musiałem opłacić a z którego nie skorzystałem. Właściciel nie zgodził się na polubowne odwołanie rezerwacji, co umożliwiłoby nam wynajęcie innego lokalu pomimo propozycji rozwiązania sprawy w ten sposób wychodzącej ze strony bookingu. Żeby zostać wszyscy w jednym miejscu musieliśmy dopłacić gotówką 150 funtów za jedną osobę na 3 dni pomimo, że mieszkanie mogło pomieścić dodatkowe 3 osoby ponieważ specjalnie wybraliśmy większy (i droższy) apartament z oferty tego miejsca.

I liked Chris! I travelled a lot, but I rarely found people like Chris: he went far far beyond the "service", walking me 20 minutes to find a free parking and offering me a ride to recollect my car, and he did everything and even more to satisfy all our requests.... always with a smile! The place worth the price just a person like Chris! Thanks a lot, you made our stay special.

The host was really helpful and access was logical and smooth!
