cleanliness of room did not happen when requested. Only bin was emptied. No refills of milk or tea bags.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the room when we arrived and use of kitchenette. Most staff at front were friendly. The hotel was quiet which was nice.

I was there for 2.5 weeks. I didn’t like having to ask multiple times for garbage to be cleared from bin in room. Bed linen changed twice in 2.5 weeks. Having to ask for towels to be changed after 5 days and then getting stained towels, towels with holes and no bath mat. Some staff at front say hello as one walks in and some don’t. Often nobody is out front and one needs to look for them, wait or awkwardly call out “ hello” into room off lobby.

Great location. Friendly welcoming staff greet you when you arrive. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and the bedding smelt amazing. The facilities were perfect with mini kitchenette. The bed was super comfy and the room was so quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Location probably number one. But everything in general.

Dishwater was mouldy in areas of the seals. Due to it constantly being g wet and not allowed to dry. Had to keep it closed to avoid the smell.

Das Zimmer war auf jeden Fall sauber als wir ankamen und von der Ausstattung her hatten wir fast alles was wir gebraucht haben. Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich. Lage war sehr praktisch, da sie sich zwischen zwei Bahnhöfen befindet mit einer Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor der Tür.

Wir haben leider einiges zu bemängeln: 1. Es sollte eine 24 Stunden Hilfsdienst über WhatsApp geben aber diese hat gar nicht funktioniert. Als wir es angespochen haben, hieß es, dass eine Plattform geben sollte aber es sei alles intern und nichts bekannt. Nicht sonderlich hilfreich! 2. Mikrowelle ohne Anleitung: sehr gefährlich! Wir hätten uns auf jeden Fall eine kompetente Erklärung gewünscht, weil sonst ein Feuer sehr leicht hätte verursacht werden können. 3. Fenster konnten nicht richtig eröffnet werden. Auch gefährlich und versucht schlechte Luft, weil Stoßluften nicht möglich ist 4. Mitarbeiter wirkten unfreundlich und inkompetent 5. Nur ein Teelöffel 6. Zimmer zu klein für 2 Personen 7. Kaum Platz zum Kochen

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to Greenwich station.

We didn’t realize we booked a room that’s intended for a disabled person. So the shower arrange was a bit odd to us.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment, helpful friendly and professional staff and easy to find. Next door is an excellent Turkish restaurant but there are other choices within walking distance

No parking outside on arrival, if you find parking on the property side of the road you are facing the wrong way to drive to the detached parking. It can be a very busy road, so turning round needs patience. The road is also noisy so keep your windows closed.

staff were so welcoming and polite, very Christmassy and easy to ask any questions

just my taste but the beds were a little hard but that’s just personal preference
