Ideal location with friendly helpful staff.

The room was dated and the towels in the en-suite toilet were covered in dust when the fan was on.

Beautiful historic property in an excellent location, overlooking the Heath. It was wonderfully decorated for Christmas too.

Die Lage war zwar schön am Heath, in der Nähe von Greenwich, aber für das London Zentrum doch etwas weit. Beim Frühstück war Englisch Breakfast sehr gut, aber sonst wenig Auswahl

Great location. The building style and the great breakfast! The value of the room.

Rooms and bathrooms probably due a bit of a spruce up and modernizing including the TVs to Smart TV. But everything was clean and acceptable. Our TV wasn’t tuned but the staff were helpful and friendly and fixed it.

- Excellent location - wish we could have spent more time in/around Blackheath. - Only a few minutes from the train station which then takes 15 mins to get to central London. - Lots of nice local cafes, bars, restaurants. - Some excellent staff (shout-out Alberto). - Room was quirky and quite nice.

- We had to evacuate on our first morning due to a gas leak so never got to try breakfast, dinner etc. - Fire alarm was not audible from the bathroom. - The hotel is a bit like a maze and there are generally stairs involved even after getting the lift up numerous floors. - No water pressure from the one shower we managed to have on the day of arrival. Same for the toilet - was a struggle to get it to flush properly. - Upon arrival we went to get a drink and were asked multiple times by the same person if 'everything was alright' and were we ok, as if we shouldn't actually be in the area in which we were enjoying a drink. Made us feel a bit awkward and unwelcome. - A few communication issues once evacuated and moved to another hotel, but staff generally did their best. - Hotel and room itself could do with a bit of a makeover and modernisation as it seems quite tired and dated.

The location and price was were excellent, as were the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice.

The room was a little basic and the shower was a little hard to use but overall the stay was positive.

Great location, good value, comfortable, welcoming staff

The room stayed a good temperature throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable.. Room was cleaned every day. Included breakfast was of a good quality.

The shower/bath was not comfortable for someone tall. The shower head was placed very close to the wall and undetachable. Due to the shape of the bathtub I had to lean back against the wall to use the shower. The chairs were similarly uncomfortable for a tall/wider person. Breakfast had some vegan/vegetarian options, but you quickly ate the same every day since the choices were limited.

Great location! Easy walk to Blackheath shops and restaurants. Free parking was great, though there are limited spots and it’s on a first come first served basis. Fenced in garden area was great for my dog. The breakfast was great!

The location was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The staff was so nice. The breakfast room was lovely. The bed was comfortable.

The shower didn't drain well and the bathroom was tiny. The internet was not strong.
